I recently experienced a problem with a microwave that I had purchased and installed by Billywoods. It was a failure of a the door opening mechanism of a GE microwave that was still under warrantly. It ocuured two days before Christmas. I called Billywoods and John answered the phone. To make a long story short, John volunteered to come out to my home in a cold rain storm and he solved my immediate problem of getting the door open to remove food that was inside. He also set up for an appliance maintenance company to order the broken part and to come to my home to repair the microwave. That is real customer service!!!!

Well that has changed, thanks to a neighbor who informed me that Guerry Lumber can supply me in most of everything i need, plus they are very customer service oriented, and very professionally involved. I just had to try these guys out, so I made a phone call and spoke with Matthew Price, he presented me with everything i needed. I wanted to order some concrete and requested it be delivered. I also informed Matthew that my neighbor was having some lumber material delivered and was wondering if it could be loaded onto the same truck, since i live right across from where the load was going. Matthew put me on hold, and a few seconds he returned to the line to inform me that he could make that happen. Friday afternoon the concrete was delivered. Sunday the concrete was poured, and Tuesday afternoon Guerry Lumber picked up the concrete that I did not use. Everyone who I spoke with in the small window of time, Kevin the delivery manager, Chase, who helped when Matthew was not available, and the young Lady whose name has failed me, she sent me to the right people and was extremely knowledgeable of the companies operations. It all started with her, and I do apologize for not remembering her name. One last thing, all of you created a very great customer service environment and what really makes you stand above the rest, is how your personal interactive with customers, not once did I hear a ROBOT voice directing me to press this number or that number, That was great, thank you again. Mathew thank you for your help. AL.p

Her big smile and bubbly personality instantly out me at ease. I was trying to solve a complex problem and she was so patient and informative. I was getting long materials and didn't have straps for my tiny van. Another employee, Justin I believe, helped the counter girl cut all my materials. And there were a lot of cuts.
