One of my good friends is actually a provider at one of the locations and she is constantly telling me how much she enjoys her job and everyone she works with. So, after a really long and bad visit with Adventist I made the switch over and I've been very happy ever since. I no longer wait lifetimes in the waiting room. I no longer get the run around and walk out the door with pills I'm not sure if I should take. I no longer am told I'm fine and with time I'll be better. Instead, I have answers. I have concern. I have care, and to me that's such a big deal. I remember on one of my visits I actually cried because I was told "well let's run some tests and see what's causing this" instead of ignoring my pain and misery. I have already recommended this place to family and friends and they to are happy with their experiences. Dental and optometry are outstanding as well, and I love that they are all in one building!

The registration process has always been very easy, but I also complete the online registration when it is sent to me via text. I have always been greeted with a smile and warm inviting face and instructions on which color coded door to sit near has always been given. The facility has color coded doors, one color for pediatrics, one for specialty... and so on! The facility is absolutely beautiful!! I love the succulent garden inside, all the chairs to sit at, the tables for the kids to do homework, have a snack or do a play activity. The facility has always been very clean. I only come here to see Doctor Christopher Orpiano. I have had nothing but great things to say about him. I love how well together his MA is, very organized and doesn't skip a beat! A doctor's office is the entire package for me, a good MA, and a listening doctor! Dr. Orpiano has referred me out for testing and imaging, has had his staff stay on top of the referrals, she always puts a time frame on the paperwork also! I highly recommend this facility for customer service, cleanliness and great staff like Dr. Orpiano!! Would I return: ABSOLUTELY.. He said he'd check my iron levels, but the blood work only included a basic panel--no iron tests. Still feeling unwell, I went to the ER, where tests confirmed I was iron deficient. When I brought this up, Dr. Chen dismissed it, saying iron levels "mean nothing" and even claimed my low magnesium was good because "magnesium is toxic." He told me to see a psychiatrist because "nothing was wrong" with me. I was shocked by how my concerns and lab results were ignored. It was deeply frustrating to have essential nutrients dismissed and my symptoms attributed to anxiety without proper investigation. I would not recommend Dr. Chen, especially if you are dealing with complex or unresolved health issues.

The facility is comfortable and clean. The rooms give me privacy to work through my routines. They were very attentive to what I need and answered all the questions I posed about my PT. I was there for a spine condition so I had a high degree of pain and was anxious about how my body would respond. They were very reassuring and earned my trust quickly.
