Because she failed to call on day she scheduled my on the phone appointment. I'm all out of my pain medicine. Front desk clerk stated she didn't see any appointment scheduled. Dr don't want me recording on the phone appointment. How am I to prove she scheduled appointment. When she's doesn't allow patients to record appointment. In case something like this happens. She's aware of her wrong doing patients. Nothing being done about it. I could've be dead. Because she didn't have any test done on me. I had Paraganglioma stage 4 rare cancer. She diagnosed me w/ menopause didn't even apologize for her negligence. She age shamed me said because of my age I was having all the systems. Fast weight loss went from a size 14 to size 2 within weeks. Could hold food down was vomiting out of control & sweating out of control. She actually seen me sweating non stop. Her assistant nurse never documented my weight loss or systems. Now she has some documented w/ no date. Because she add it in my chart after I had my family drive me 4 hours out of town to ER to be treated for rare heart cancer stage 4. She didn't even seen me to be tested to see what was wrong. Just diagnosed me w/ menopause I'm not menopause I stated my menstruation right after procedure was complete. I have my monthly pms no problems w/ it. It stopped because of the type of hormone that was in my stomach while I had rare cancer. I could've died she didn't care. All she cared about was her getting married @ the time of me fighting for my life. All she did was brag about her getting married. That had nothing to do w/ her job as a Dr. caring for a patient in need of emergency care. I don't see how they allow Dr's like herself to be working @ any Dr facilities. I wouldn't refer anyone to this Dr. Ncube. She also told me she didn't know how to refer me to have MRI or CT scan done. My caregiver is always w/ me when had Dr visits. My caregiver felt it wouldn't mattered what she said. It wouldn't had mattered she felt Dr didn't care as well. Every appointment is always very short no longer than 5 mins. Last phone appointment she didn't even ask vital signs like blood pressure or weight. She don't even keep in contact w/ other Dr's @ hospital that did my procedure. She asked for their information. We given it to her for her to have my medical condition update. There's no documentation in my files. From what we seen on portal no dates only the things I updated her on after I found out about being diagnosed w/ rare cancer. Seems like they need to fire & rehire some Dr's @ this location & other locations. Stop ignoring what patients are complaining about. Before one of their Dr's be the death of someone.

It wasn't very clear where to check in, and the front desk staff were difficult to see from the entrance. Eventually, someone directed us where to go, but the overall atmosphere felt uninviting. The facility uses color-coded doors and sections to help direct patients to different departments, such as pediatrics, and staff will tell you which area to go to when you check in. They offer many services in one location, including primary care, lab work, X-rays, pediatrics, and various specialists and physicians. The building does have some nice features, including a large open area that brings in natural light and a small outdoor play area for children near the parking lot. However, during the summer, it's often too hot to comfortably use that space. As far as the appointment itself, check-in was relatively quick and we were seen promptly once we arrived. My biggest frustration isn't with the facility itself but with our primary care provider. We have experienced multiple appointment cancellations and reschedules with this physician, which has become very frustrating. When you're arranging schedules, taking children out of school, and planning your day around an appointment, receiving a last-minute cancellation or being asked to switch to a phone visit can be extremely disruptive. I can't speak for the other providers in the building, but our experience with repeated scheduling changes has been disappointing. The quality of care is decent when we can get seen.

The registration process has always been very easy, but I also complete the online registration when it is sent to me via text. I have always been greeted with a smile and warm inviting face and instructions on which color coded door to sit near has always been given. The facility has color coded doors, one color for pediatrics, one for specialty... and so on! The facility is absolutely beautiful!! I love the succulent garden inside, all the chairs to sit at, the tables for the kids to do homework, have a snack or do a play activity. The facility has always been very clean. I only come here to see Doctor Christopher Orpiano. I have had nothing but great things to say about him. I love how well together his MA is, very organized and doesn't skip a beat! A doctor's office is the entire package for me, a good MA, and a listening doctor! Dr. Orpiano has referred me out for testing and imaging, has had his staff stay on top of the referrals, she always puts a time frame on the paperwork also! I highly recommend this facility for customer service, cleanliness and great staff like Dr. Orpiano!! Would I return: ABSOLUTELY.. She goes through everything and will ask for blood works you never heard before. She evaluates the WHOLE thing and not just what the pharmaceutical companies make money off. The follow ups are 30 minutes long. She does not see 40/50 patients a day spending 5 minutes each. It is a bummer that she does not accept insurance, but in other hand, no insurance will give her a hard time. More than once my regular doctor told me he could not ask for this or that because the insurance would not pay for. We love Dr. Tais.
