**Exceptional Training Experience with Valor Canine Services**…read more We can't thank Scott and the team at Valor Canine Services enough for the incredible work they've done with our dog, Hank. Before working with Scott, we honestly didn't know if we could handle Hank on our own. The difference after training is night and day--he's now the dog we always knew he could be. Scott's dedication went above and beyond. He kept us updated almost daily with videos and progress reports, making us feel included every step of the way. We know Hank wasn't easy, but Scott worked patiently with him and showed tremendous commitment to Hank's success. Thank you to the entire Valor Canine team, especially Scott, for your hard work, and for continuing to check in and answer all of our questions. We're so grateful to have a well-behaved, happy dog thanks to you!

Valor Canine Service was an absolutely wonderful experience for me and my furry companion. I must…read moresay, the experience exceeded all expectations. Valor Canine Service is not just a dog training business; they are a true maestro of canine behavior and obedience. From the moment my dog began his training sessions, I was kept informed of my dog's progress daily and it was evident that not only did Valor Canine Service possessed a deep understanding of dogs, but also has a profound love and passion for what they do. Their approach was not merely about teaching commands but about fostering a harmonious relationship between owner and dog. This holistic approach is what sets Valor Canine Service apart for me and, from others in the field. I still implement the follow-up behavior and obedience strategies I was given. I will definitely use this service again and would highly recommend them to anyone. Valor Canine Service thank you! HM

This was the worst experience I have ever had with dog boarding!…read moreI signed up for the VIP service to board my dog for a few days. My dog was returned to me with a huge bloody wound on the top of her head. Nobody contacted me to tell me what happened or when. My Vet was not contacted and looks like No medical attention was given!! I had to take her to the Vet and due to an infection of the wound she required a medical procedure, antibiotics, and paid medication. I will NEVER use or recommend The Pup Camp - stay away!

Sooo, I took my puppy in today (Saturday) to have a temperament test done. He was there four hours…read moreto see if he was a fit for the center. Prior to today, I gathered all of the details for today's visit. The young lady stated the temperament testing was free, (I learned this was not true once I got there and signed my pup up for the day). (FIRST NEGATIVE) Prior to leaving, I had my own water bowl and water for my pup. The young lady said, oh no, we provide water for your dog. ALL OF THE DOGS DRINK OUT OF THE SAME BOWL. (I knew I should have gotten my dog and left then but I didn't). (SECOND NEGATIVE) At the conclusion of the testing, they are suppose to provide a physical report card of how well your pup did. Fast forward to the pickup. When they brought my pup out, he did not look like how I dropped him off (I'm not complaining about this because he was playing with other dogs.) BUT, he smelled like the other dogs ganged up on him and dumped urine all over him. Ohhh goodness, he was a stinky mess. I did not inquire about this, which I should have. (THIRD NEGATIVE). When I asked for the report card, the young lady goes, "oh I'm sorry, he doesn't have one because there were a lot of dogs today." REALLY?!? But you took my money with no problem. (FOURTH NEGATIVE) The moral to this story, there are too many negatives for the initial consultation so I will pass.

He showed…read morefor all trainings, he was always in communication and he clearly had experience training dogs - but also he never had the tools need after saying he would bring stuff and other things of that nature. The moment I paid in full, everything changed. Appointments were canceled or no-show and there were always these very WILD explanations (see relatable examples from prior reviews). At one point after many cancellations, Dashawn fully ghosted me for several months with zero communication. Dashawn reached out to me at the end of the year, a few months after my original Yelp post. After a few discussions which included an explanation, an apology, a reset of expectations, and an agreement on a second chance, we moved forward at the top of the year. For a few weeks, he was consistent, proactive, provided timely communication and my dog was making progress. Update. We went well for a few weeks - by March 2023, all appointments were cancel or no show. He told me to schedule direction via text versus using the booking too, for which he never responded to the texts for scheduling. We missed four straight sessions before I gave up. Explanations were everything from "text stuck in send", "dog at emergency vet" to next following week " dog caught in bear trap". It's too much. He ALWAYS has an excuse and will make up reasons for all the negative reviews. Pure SCAM ARTIST.

His foster before I adopted him had been working with him for months with little improvement. I tried everything I could find online and was starting to lose hope. In just ONE session (an hour and a half), Adam not only helped alleviate his barking, but also taught me and my family exactly what to do and how to do it and made sure we were fully equipped with the proper techniques to continue training on our own. Adam is extremely caring and considerate of his clients. He not only did an amazing job in just one session for a pretty significant issue, but he also made sure he gave us reasonable suggestions that wouldn't take up a lot of extra time/money/energy. I'm astonished at the improvement in just one day! 10/10 recommend!!

He also wasn't great with visitors coming into our home. Adam was exceptionally patient with him and showed us the best way to have him interact with new visitors. Our dog has gotten so much better at ignoring other dogs on our walks and he has become a little more comfortable having guests at home. We look forward to continue working with Adam!!
