My wife was Diagnosed with Terminal cancer in July giving her 6 month to 3 years. She is undergoing treatment and is not able to work due to to the chance of getting more ill due to treatments. We contacted our finance company about options to get out from under our camper payment due to the circumstances. They told us to get a written offer from a dealer and they would probably take that offer because of the diagnosis. We contacted many dealers with no luck finally we contacted four seasons they told us to bring it up and they would give us a written offer so we did. They looked at the RV and told us it was a very clean RV and we would have a written offer by the next morning and nothing was sent. I contacted them a couple times and got told it would be tomorrow. Well Tomorrow never can now they have stopped even responding to us. This cost me about 100 dollars in fuel that we did not have but was hoping it would help us out from our huge obligation. I feel like they just wanted to see the camper and had no intention of giving us an offer. I would highly recommend staying away from this Dealer. Bob the guy we worked with lied thru his teeth that he wanted to help. Should have realized when he told me he came to work there from camping world. Go to Grain valley at least they have the kindness to tell you no don't waste your time or money to bring it here we're not buying RVs right now!!! read more

This great campground has new owners that are making great changes! They stay in the park as well and are always busy working to make sure things are improving and that guests are happy. The store has a wide variety of grocery items, produce, even hot fresh pizza which is super convenient since town is about 10 minutes away. The pool, bathhouse and everything are very well maintained. Love that they have a dog park where my pups could run off leash! Convenient stop right off of I-70. Would highly recommend and definitely would stay here again! read more

This is my story about my experience with Grand Design RV & Four Season RV. We purchased a 2024 Imagine. At first it was fine & it went well. We went through the RV With Them, they said they checked out the RV for an inspection and said it was ready to pick up. We picked up the RV on 2-7-2024. We decided to go camping before we to Texas for a couple of weeks. When we tried the water pump it would work. So we checked the pump, they didn't change the pump from winter to summer. That was the first problem. The second problem was when we picked up the RV the intital inspection the brakes That They were not working properly. We went back to Four Seasons the next day and talked to the service manager and he said the brakes needs to be worked in. So we took the RV on a 2,800 mile trip and the brakes never got better. Then the slide broke some screws on the glides. So when we got back from our trip we went to Four Seasons to have them fix the slide and check the brakes. [After Waiting A Hour],We picked up the RV the jack had gotten bent and they replaced it and That the brakes were working fine. We said we would try them. The brakes still did not work and they said they thought it was our pickup. But we had just pulled two other trailers with our pickup and had not problem. We got home and went inside the RV and they had left the vents open and the camper had dust & Dirt on everything. They replaced the screws that had stripped out or they missed the rail on the slide and some of the screws they replaced had gone thru the interior wall on the inside. So went back to Four Seasons the next day and asked for them to repair the damage and check the brakes at the same time with their vehicle since they thought the problem was our truck. We waited 7 weeks and finally had to e-mail them to get a response from the service manager He told us they will not fix the brakes because Grand Design told them to just jack it up and spin the wheels and engage the brakes to see if they stop. This will not work if the camper is on the ground and is moving. So we called Grand Design and told us if we did not get a response from Four Seasons I was welcome to take the RV to a different dealer. She was helpful. I called the axle manufacturer and told them about the brakes. They said there was a problem it should be looked at. So we go back to Four Seasons to get the brakes looked at and the service manager said they will not look at the brakes because they did what Grand Design said to do. (Grand Design had no record of a warranty request for the brakes). Dave the owner of Four Seasons came out side and told me that he had talked to somebody about my problems, but he never got back to me and it had been 17 weeks since we talked to them about the problem. I will never go back to these people, the only thing they think about is money. Hope Grand Design gets a different dealer. These people don't care about us, we are just small fish in a barrel. read more

This campground was purchased from the previous owners roughly a year ago. Walt & Kelly are amazing and have invested huge amounts to upgrade the electric and water systems. The facilities are really nice now, the store is well stocked and serves pizza,wings, sandwiches. They have a soft drinks and coffee bar, popcorn and a variety of quick fix foods. If you are traveling and need an over night, Walt's four seasons has you covered. We were actually part of an RV group from Denver and came to Abilene to visit Eisenhower museum. We stayed here for 5 nights with 10 rigs and 22 people. I worked with Kelly for several months putting our trip together. She runs a catering company on the side and catered 2 meals for us. Wonderful and affordable! She and Walt bent over backwards to orchestrate a lovely long weekend and I HIGHLY recommend you bring your group here too. You will be glad you did read more

So bought a lemon from them a year ago. I drove ACROSS THE STATE to buy it because they seemed friendly and had the model I thought I wanted. As stated above, it's a lemon. Okay. Happens. We'll just fix it under warranty. Except no. I brought it back ACCROS KANSAS because I felt that they would want to make the unit right. I mean. That's good customer service right? Except no. Left it a week. Came back, same leak they claimed to fix. TV antenna doesn't work. And the clue they used on the trim didn't even last for the trip home. And the. The minor repairs that they skipped. Flat out skipped. Like an idiot I didn't check the work before I left because I was in a hurry. Call them back and they said that they would try to fix it again if I return it. Again. From across the state. Nothing else. They are pretty sure they will fix it this time. Okay no. Maybe this is just a lemon. Find another RV I want and ask for a quote. With a trade in. Except they offer me less than anyone else for the one year old unit and about $6k MORE for the new one. Still the fool I ask them for a better price because they said they ' want to me it right' and they said no. No the price is not going come down. So I actually show them the price a competitor is offering, show them the paper work and they said... Yeah we have a new owner and they feel that the RV that the company he bought isn't his responsibility. They don't care. Furthermore they told me to buy the competitors RV. That's when it hit me that they know I have a lemon and they don't mind screwing over a customer. What's one lost customer? Who is going to believe me anyway? Right? So that's my story. I am not difficult to deal with. I even sat on this for a couple weeks to make sure it wasn't just me being mad. I have the email's. I can prove everything. And I pick up my new RV from someone else next week. So. Don't trust sales and sure don't trust the service department. There are other companies that will take so much better care of you. In short, the new owner bought the company but he doesn't care about the reputation. Spread the word. Buyer beware. read more

New owners Walt & Kelly have made many improvements. Our Winnebago travel group loved this place! Beautiful pool, mini golf, hiking trails...well stocked store, and meeting room. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE ! Brought my RV in for warranty work on the AC, the tech could not duplicate the problem in the limited time he supposedly spent with it, so dean the service manager tried to tell me that I owed him over 200 dollars, I asked what was done, and he said nothing. I said, then why would I pay you, just to tell me that you did nothing other than to turn on the AC for warranty work. He got very aggressive, and randomly started questioning my military service and making things personal while putting his hand in my face, I told him that it's a scam to do nothing and expect I'd pay you for that. If they fixed even one issue- there would be no problem, but not only did they not do anything, they also broke a key off in my front door. I spoke with the overall manager who did absolutely nothing. Will never go back ! and recommend you do not. These scammers have a long history of charging people for bogus and shady service. read more

Excellent establishment. We flooded our fifth wheel and nobody near us could get even look at it for at least a month. 4 seasons got us in and fixed in a week. The people working here are beyond nice. I took a look around their inventory the day we dropped off the camper. FYI, they have excellent prices on their inventory. Since my last post, I have had better luck with this campground. I like it because it is close to the interstate and very convenient to use. They have a nice store where you can buy supplies, snacks, pizza and other food. They have a service center so if you have problems with your RV, you can get service. They also have a gas station so it is nice you don't have to hunt for a station. I still feel they need to clean up the area a little better, mowing of grass, pulling of weeds and some painting of grounds and buildings plus some thorough cleaning of the laundry room and showers, they could get a five star rating. Hopefully they will work on the grounds more and it will be great. For this reason, I will give them a 4 star rating. read more

Amazing wifi!! There is maybe 3 channels, but we were able to connect our Apple TV and stream shows thru Hulu and Netflix with minimal buffering. Laundry was meh smelled kinda musty/mildew and the dryers were hit and miss. Lots are grass/gravel read as MUD, but we stayed January and February so this is expected. Decent little playground close to laundry and looks like putt putt when not covered in snow. We are full time RVers and would stay here again fairly quiet and cheap. read more

Our Weldex monitor was loose in the dashboard of our motor home causing it to reboot constantly and turn on the road noise at full volume. We were headed west, with fixed reservations and needed an immediate fix. We drove up without an appointment, got seen immediately and they had us back on the road promptly! Their attitudes from the Service Manager right down to the Service Technicians was friendly, professional and the repair was better than the original installation! read more
