She broke her passenger-side tail light; and it had to be replaced immediately that day, or there would be no wedding bliss. After looking him up on Yelp, I called up Mark. Although he was not able to supply me the part himself, he went the extra mile and told me where I could find it. The man is great. But he was a complete asshole about it. No apology for the condition of his property. Just rudely tells me how the manager's number was plastered on the side of the bath house and I should have known to call that number. When there's a huge rain and lightening storm and the place is CRAWLING with spiders, running out to look at the bath house is the last thing I'm trying to do. I apologized for not reaching him sooner. He was still an ass about it. But how about this, make an email address that works or take it off the brochure. Fog the cabins for bugs. Take care of your property. Apologize for your negligence instead of shifting the blame to someone else. I waited to post this review because I wanted to give them a chance to redeem themselves. But being an asshole isn't it.

an hour agoNEW I…read morecame here to have 4 new tires put on my camper. Unfortunately, my experience was a disaster. I called ahead and they said they had the tires I wanted in stock. I arrived and after approximately 2 hours the staff notified me that they had damged 2 of my wheels while removing the old tires. They were honest about the damage and the manager (Riley) let me know that he was willing to compensate me for the damage. I should be clear that the store manager was helpful. The problem was entirely with the owner. After an additional hour of waiting I was told that the owner (off site) had instructed them to stop working and to not complete the job. Eventually I spoke with the owner who told me that he was instructing his staff to stop working because he was "not in the buisness of losing money." I expressed my concern and displeasure about him refusing to complete the job and sending me back on the road with 2 new tires and 2 old tires. The owner told me that I should "find another solution." When I asked him what he suggested, he told me that he didn't know and I was "the one who had put them in this situation." What?!? His shop damaged my equipment and then refused to finish the job. The owner only agreed to complete the job and install the 2 other tires after I agreed to pay him almost $400 and accept that there would be damage to the other wheels as well. Otherwise, he told me that it was my problem and that he would not finish. I had already waited 3 hours at this point, had two tires off of my camper and was left without any feasible options. The owner was unwilling to compromise or work towards a solution. He repeatedly emphasized his desire to make money instead of trying to work with me towards a solution. Instead, I was met with a "not my problem" attitude and a refusal to complete the job. I left here after 4 hours, with 4 damged wheels, 4 new tires a nominal discount and significant displeasure. I suggest going elsewhere to avoid damage to your equipment, and an owner who is unwilling to help unless it benefits his pocketbook

I called Central Body to get some info and discuss my options. I spoke with the manager Kathy. The very next day I called back with a few more questions and spoke with her again. From the moment the phone was answered to the very second we hung up the phone both times, Kathy was absolutely AMAZING! Very knowledgeable, 1,000% honest and respectable which was very appreciated and a pleasure to hear. At the end of the day, she did give me her opinion and advised me on NOT getting our camper fixed due to the damage, the year of it and the worth. So, she did turn away business yes, but what she did was save us a HUGE HUGE hassle in the long run and allowed us to make a smart educated decision on what to do. And she also gave me a few tips on how to do an easy diy fix to get us by for a little while until our brand-new camper arrived which was on order. I hope and pray nothing happens with our new one, but if for any reason it does, Central Body is the 1st place I'm gonna go to especially if Kathy is the one that helps us.
