Horrible service from the first phone call. Spoke to female receptionist about a sprinkler…read moreinstall estimate. I was told she couldn't make assessment appointment immediately and I should provide my contact info and I would get a call back. Never received a call back. I followed up with a text to the number on their voice mail system and received a text response that "they don't do installations". Revisited their website that clearly outlines that installation is part of service offering so I text back asking if something changed given what is outlined on their website. Called back as follow-up to my text about why this process is this confusing and complicated and the story then changed to "they are too busy to do new installs all the time so only do them in slower summer months" - different message than what was in the text response. I asked to speak with manager and was again asked for my info for a 3rd tim - only to still not have received a call back. Was given them as a referral from a broad, reputable network so wasn't expecting this unprofessional, bizarre and dysfunctional experience.

They had to get extra equipment, used it when they had to and completed the project. I have a large yard for Miami standards with 3 zones. One zone had to be redone because of a new driveway recently completed. The other 2 had not as much work to be done but, there was a burst pipe under part of my pool pumps, requiring substantial maneuvering. They were able to 1) fix the broken pipe under a larger concrete slab, requiring substantial maneuvering-route the zone and re-balanced and re-directed the new sprinklers so they no longer were hitting buildings and other obstacles in the yard. Overall, I was very impressed with their agility in changing the scope of the project and still completed the project in time for a party that I was having on a Saturday night. I was very impressed with the quality of their work, the flexibility in the their performance and value received. I highly recommend their services and would be happy to recommend them to anybody requiring sprinkler work. Richard Deas

From the start, Roberto really listened to what I wanted. I shared photos of the design I was going for, including my preference for agave and succulent-style plants, and he did an exceptional job sourcing and selecting the perfect ones. He started on a Wednesday and had everything completed by Friday. His labor costs were very fair, and the quality of work truly exceeded my expectations. I was initially a bit hesitant since there were no prior reviews, but I'm so glad I gave him a chance--he absolutely delivered. The finished project looks incredible during the day, but what really impressed me was how beautiful it looks at night with the lighting. It completely transformed the space. I would definitely recommend Roberto's Lawn Care to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality landscaping work.
