I am happy to leave this place its 1st Yelp review. Got to my meeting in Irvine early had the urge for a donut. Was greeted by 2 ladies wearing masks and gloves and from the facial expression it looked like they were smiling. I came later in the morning so selection was few but still had a decent amount of doughnuts to choose from. Coffee was fresh and hot doughnut was fluffy crisp on the outside soft on the inside. There was a decent amount of covering with chocolate frost on the doughnut not like Dunkin donuts to put a very smalle amount of frost on top to make it look like a slimline. The places clean open has a good variety in cute little stickers on doughnuts for children to choose from. Give them a shot if you're in Irvine right next to El Rancho Market.

The cashier was pleasant and the selections were mad plentiful. Donuts wear captain crunch, glaze, icing, bacon, toppings and have custard & fruit filling etc.... Open 24 hrs, I arrived at 2 pm on a Saturday and after being overwhelmed with the options, settled on an apple fritter and a glazed. Both were dry and def not fresh. The apple fritter had so much cinnamon, it was bitter and extremely dark. I felt like if the batch called for 1 tablespoons of cinnamon, someone misread it and put 1 cup. Yeah it was that much cinnamon!!! The fritter was nearly $5 and the glazed was a little more than $1. I tried to eat it, but wound up trashing it. I should have returned them before I left the parking lot...

This donut is a hefty size beast compared to the donuts I normally have. I got the old dirty bastard. The sweetness from the chocolate frosting, Oreo cookie, and peanut butter drizzle was a little too sweet for my liking, but still good. Given its hefty size it looked like I barely did any damage to it. It wasn't going to waste and was polished off in the morning as part of my breakfast. Voodoo doughnut gets five stars for artwork, creative flavors and names, and service.

Located in the Bishop Arts District, this donut shop provides a modern look with some of the best delicious one-of-a-kind donuts that you will ever try. Let's break down the food that I had there shall we? Horchata Donut - probably one of the best I've ever had, very flavorful and delicious! Traditional Glazed - can't go wrong with a classic, moist and wonderful to eat! Terry Blacks BBQ Brisket and Cheddar Kolache - wowee what a partnership and it was so delicious! Vanilla Bean Latte - great flavor, lover of lattes, gotta grab a coffee, what a great choice to complement! Main things to be aware of: the parking, gotta find it somewhere else close by and you'll be good to go.

The bathroom is clean and the self serving water is aplenty. Now for the food - Brisket kolache is great, I will always get this again. Horchata donut has a layer of cream inside which I like. It's more yeast like, which I prefer in a donut. New banana coffee donut was interesting, I really liked the crumby part outside but wish the coffee flavor stood out more. Vanilla drink with whole milk - the vanilla shots were strong and should've done oat milk instead. That would make it taste much better Overall, great experience and love the new flavors they experiment with! My thoughts - in the more yeasty-donuts, add a layer of filling inside!
