I had somewhat limited interactions with her as she was never my instructor but I was in the ring many times while she was teaching a different lesson. I remember one time when I was scared to canter for the first time and my horse was being bad and Jenn walked up to me and basically yelled at me that I was letting the horse walk all over me ( I was but that's not how to help a scared little kid) and asked me do I even want to ride cause I should just get off. I Told her I was scared to canter and she said I can just walk the rest of my lesson and went back to her side of the ring where her ridders were waiting. I was on the verge of tears. she acted this way with some of the ridders. the whole time I was there it felt like they wanted my to compete and that I wouldn't fit in if I did not. I wish I left much sooner.

From the ease of the booking process to the day-of execution, the entire process was 10 stars. Hannah and her team went above and beyond (which I now understand is their standard MO.) They effortlessly managed all of our decor, seemlessly and joyfully wrangled 12+ children (and twice as many extremely excited adults.) The experience was educational and extremely interactive (We decorated mini horses! We held/pet so many incredible animals! The kids rode unicorns!) Even the coloring pages had our daughter's name printed on them. There was not one aspect of the day that felt like an after thought. The attention to detail and the care they show is so amazing. I really can't thank Hannah and her crew enough for hosting (far and away) the best birthday party my daughter has ever had. Core memories were made by all of us.

My girl is super excited to be learning not only about riding a horse, but also how to care for and engage with horses. Her instructor is a young woman, but seems to be very responsible and knowledgeable. I've enjoyed seeing the progress in just two weeks. My girl has been excited to not only care for and ride, but also learn about some of the treats that the horses like The only downside I've discovered, so far is there is a low level of communication about what to expect, what to do when you arrive for the first time, and even how to make payment. I was relieved to know that, in addition to the cash box out on the table, they do take cards and even tap to pay. The owner, Kathy, is very focused on running the place and busy like most small business owners, and I don't think she has automated processes, or anyone work in the office to support her operations. There's plenty parking and the outdoor seating area has a great view to see what's going on in the ring.

Cory and Jean possess a high level of integrity unmatched in the horse industry. Together, they strive to help strike the right balance of horse, rider and family. From our first visit to the farm, they made us feel welcome and have provided much guidance and education. Jean's background is routed in a life long passion for horses and a strong business background. She is super organized and detail oriented which I especially appreciate as the person responsible for balancing work and family commitments. Jean sets the horse show schedule a year in advance and even provides detailed estimates for budgeting if you want. The transition to Wellington each winter goes smoothly with horses and riders well taken care of. My daughter has truly grown into a better, more confident rider because of Cory. He is a phenomenal trainer, accomplished rider and role model whose strong work ethic is infectious. He is constantly teaching, incorporating his vast industry knowledge with many life lessons. Goal setting and quarterly meetings are just another example of Cory's thoughtful approach to teaching. He never sends a rider into the ring without being overly prepared. Cory works tirelessly to make sure horse and rider are performing at their absolute best. Cory and Jean are awesome, and are far from snobs and ditzes. Not only are they great riders, they are great teachers, and are always friendly and easy to talk to. The way Cory teaches is superb- he always gives both praise and criticism, but the critique is never harsh and is expressed positively, and he never becomes frustrated, no matter how many times you have messed up or if you are running out of time. My mom has a horse in training there, and rides frequently, but I've only had a few lessons; yet my riding is already improving, and my ambition and willpower has risen to higher levels thanks to Cory and Jean's pep talks.
