I thought it would be a small bakery with a few simple items, but they had so much more: muffins, croissants, other baked goods, chocolates, smoothies, and even the popular Dot Cake. The owner was there, which made the experience feel even more special. She was incredibly friendly and welcoming, made me a smoothie, and was able to add protein powder, which I really appreciated. She also let me sample some chocolates while we chatted. This is exactly the kind of small business I love supporting. The space also seems like a great place to sit, read, write, or enjoy a treat. I then tried the raspberry sorbet, which was pre-scooped into a cup and considerably less melted. The toppings include candies, cookies, syrups, and whipped cream. The inside of the bus has a small ice cream parlor but the layout does not allow much room for seating, so you're supposed to take your ice cream and eat it outside. The ladies behind the counter are super friendly and will answer any questions you have about the menu. I'm looking forward to trying the other flavors on my next visit.
