Seemed professional and stated she had been in the business for several years. She stated she would send a quote for cleaning services. A number of days later she apologized for not getting back sooner and said she would send a quote on Monday. I never received a quote on that day. After several days had passed again, she finally contacted me and apologized. She finally sent a quote and we scheduled the deep clean the following week on a Wednesday. She said this would be a 7-hour clean. I rearranged my schedule to accommodate the 7-hour clean. She said she was planning on being at the house around 9:30am and would provide the cleaning supplies. At 9:35, I texted her and asked if she was on her way, no response. I then left a voicemail to her also closer to 10am. Never responded back at all. DO NOT RECOMMEND, TOTALLY UNACCOUNTABLE.
