I had my first Booty Sculpt 2 years ago and let me tell you! This treatment is life changing! I was first nervous about the results and never thought something like this was naturally possible- until I looked in the mirror after my very first appointment with Kulia. The Foundry is a cooperative started by sisters. There is a salon, and then there is Body Sculpt. This review is for their body services. Several of my friends had tagged them on Instagram because they had services, and out of curiosity, I clicked the bait to see what they were all about. The services that are offered are non-invasive sculpting of many different areas of the body. There is science behind the technology that is used. My favorite so far is vacuum massage therapy! This process helps break down cellulite and fat, restore skin elasticity, while moving fat cells from other areas to the targeted tissue. Ultrasonic cavitation is pretty much what it sounds like -- ultrasonic waves that go into the targeted tissues, to reduce fat and cellulite. Skin tightening is achieved with radio frequency which induces collagen production, thus lessening fine lines or loose skin (please take into consideration how much loose skin we're talking about here; you can't have excessive skin and expect miracles). Bio electric stimulation utilizes electrical pulses to contract muscles and release fat cells in the same process. Bio electric stimulation is recommended to be used in addition to the above mentioned therapies. After excitedly booking my first appointment with them, I did a little more research, and ensured that this kind of therapy would be beneficial for me, personally. What I love about the two women behind this business, is that they are very intelligent, educated and informed individuals. Any questions I had were promptly answered, and in addition were encouraged to be asked to my primary care physician. The care they take in ensuring the best possible outcome for their clients (and potential clients) is phenomenal. Treatment day came, and I arrived with ease by following the instructions provided by my sculptress, Kehau. The treatment room is sooooo cute and comfortable, with lots of bright color and decor. Everything was very clean and hygienic, too. Kehau took before photos so that I would be able to compare and visually see results. The process is quite time consuming; having to reposition and adjust several times throughout the entire treatment. Kehau was incredible! She instantaneously made me feel comfortable in my own skin, and we talked through a lot of the time I was there. The after photos were taken once we were finished, and Kehau sent them to me via text a couple hours later (they are booked and have clients coming in after a break which allows them to change/clean the room from the previous client). It was really awesome to see the results, and I can't wait to see how much better they get after each subsequent treatment. My next appointment isn't for another two weeks (that's how busy they've become). Even more incredible -- they got their start during this pandemic.
