The Mindzai crew made me TWO shirts, just because I asked semi-nicely. And they are my favorite SXSW 2k14 treasures. Mindzai produces excellent designs done by HARD-working people in the ATX. The quality of the printing was atrocious, it was worse than using an iron on, after the first wash colors has bled and parts of the outline were actually flaking off. While I understand that our 20 shirt order is not a big order there is a standard that should be set for all orders. The only positives about the experience was that they got our order done on time (although I would have rather waited for higher quality), and they did discount the shirts after we complained. Do not fall for the slick website, the work is mediocre. Do as I will do next year and find a different shop.
