They are pricey but worth it! I did my initial Level 1 injector training with another company…read moreapproximately 4 years before finding Empire, and I was barely doing Botox thereafter. I would never even consider injecting fillers because I walked out of the class feeling significantly under-educated and undertrained. Wanting growth, I decided to repeat the training, and my search led me to Empire Medical Training. A colleague discouraged me from signing up for the packages because she thought they were "just hype" and not worth the money. With that information and a spoonful of curiosity, I looked at the packages and gasped audibly. I immediately decided that all I needed was the basic Botox and filler course, and I'd be on my merry way. I registered for the course, and I was sooo impressed with the quality of the training that I began to explore other courses. It did not take me very long to realize that paying for individual courses was adding up. My desire for continued growth and education was deepening, but the Math was simply not Mathing! Needless to say, I bought a package very early on. I jumped in with both feet and loved all the education and training so much that I wanted more. As my knowledge, skills, and confidence grew, I then upgraded to a higher package. Here I am just over one year later; I am now an entrepreneur! I have successfully launched my Medspa (using the knowledge gained in the business courses offered by Empire), and I am poised for success as a clinician and an entrepreneur. I credit the exceptional education and hands-on training that I have gotten (and am still getting) from Empire Medical Training. Your clinical success is supported by the on-demand lectures for self-paced learning and review beyond the classroom, as well as the downloadable resources for clinical and business growth. in addition to all of that, being a student at Empire positions you to network with key leaders in the Aesthetics and Wellness industry, and that is priceless! Listen, I can go on and on about my personal experience at Empire, but this is about you. I encourage you to take the leap with just one class. Experience the process for yourself, and then carve out the path to success that is unique to you. Be open to growth, block out the noise, and take the next step into your future at Empire Medical Training! Tracy S. XOXO

For the past two years we have used Grand College Tours to take our juniors on a Florida College…read moretour. During the two night, three day trip, we visit eight colleges. We spend "just" the right amount of time at each school to give the students the information they need to begin to think about their school choices. Seth is very knowledgeable about each school and the admissions process in general. He provides activities to keep the students engaged. We also appreciate that he adds fun activities to the trip such as bowling and visiting the state Capitol. Each night the hotel accommodations are excellent. Our students have an educational and fun experience.

We could have travelled with our son to a number of colleges that would have required taking time off from work, booking hotels and planning out an entire schedule. But, instead, we had a different idea. We did some research and found Grand College Tours. From the beginning, our experience was extremely positive. They were knowledgeable and professional, as well as very reasonably priced. Our son was able to join a number of other college-bound students in a well-organized tour. They visited several Florida colleges, both public and private, and had the benefit of receiving knowledge that we, as parents, quite frankly do not have. Overall, our son had a great time while getting the college information he was seeking. Thanks, Grand College Tours and Seth in particular. Highly recommended!

Opened in 2017, they are located in the historic Carpenter House which is really three buildings. The beachfront home on .54 acres was built in 1941 by Henry Godfrey Carpenter Jr. and his first wife Rachel Clews Carpenter. Mr. Carpenter was a Navy Lieutennant Commander and his wife was an A&P grocery heiress. The house was their summer home from 1946 until 1956. After that the couple moved into the home permanently. Mr. Carpenter then lived in the house until his death in 1981 and his second wife lived there until her death in 2002. There property has a two story house which contains the administrative offices and gift shop, the garage which includes an artist's studio upstairs, and the beachfront cottage or cabana house which contains educational exhibits. In 2004 the property was bought by Broward County using funds from 2000 Safe Parks and Land Preservation Bond Referendum and the Florida Communities Trust. Broward County spent 3.7 million dollars for the property and put in another 1.6 million dollars to renovate the site. The center is now home to Captain a sea turtle injured by a boat who resides in a 18x38 foot backyard saltwater pool on the property. Captain had two weights added to her shell to help her be able to dive. Captain was released into the wild once but she washed back up on shore in bad shape. It became clear that she would have to live her life in captivity in order to survive. This center does not rescue and rehabilitate sea turtles like Gumbo Limbo Nature Center in Boca Raton and Loggerhead Marine Life Center in Juno Beach. MEEC provides a permanent home to Captain who cannot be returned to the wild and they offer marine education about how important it is to keep our oceans clean. On the day I visited I had a lovely chat with volunteer Kevin who was scrubbing Captains pool. The center is small but admission is free. They do request a $3 donation to maintain care of Captain. Parking is available at meters along the street. If you are visiting the beach it is well worth the time to stop by and visit Captain and learn what we all can do to protect her fellow sea turtles in the wild.
