The school truly nurtures independence, curiosity, and confidence in its students. Over the years we've watched Jack grow not only academically but also personally, developing strong communication skills, responsibility, and a genuine love of learning. One of the most special opportunities recently was his participation in the MMUN (Montessori Model United Nations) conference in New York. Seeing students represent their schools and countries on an international stage at such a young age speaks volumes about the quality of education and encouragement they receive at Montessori Institute of Broward. The leadership at the school is exceptional. Ms. E, the principal, creates a warm, supportive environment where students feel valued and inspired. She truly leads with heart and vision. Jack's Grade 4 teacher, Ms. Kay, has also been outstanding--patient, dedicated, and deeply invested in her students' growth. She challenges them academically while also nurturing their confidence and character. We are incredibly grateful to be part of such a thoughtful and inspiring school community. Montessori Institute of Broward has played a huge role in shaping Jack into the curious, confident young person he is becoming. Luke aged 5 is also thriving at MIB and i cant wait to see how he progresses.

We have been fortunate to have experienced many great teachers throughout the years in both Parrot and Otter rooms and will continue with the school until sixth grade (or more if they open a middle school). Would highly recommend!

As a teacher myself, I'm deeply impressed by the balance of structure and kindness that the school provides. The environment is warm, well-organized, and truly centered on the children's growth and joy. Ms. Christina, Ms. Wendy, and Ms. Roza do a wonderful job ensuring everything runs smoothly, and my daughter looks forward every day to seeing her friends and her favorite guides, Ms. Margarita and Ms. Loraine. She especially loves the after-school Spanish immersion program with Ms. Margarita, as well as her dance class with Tippy Toes. This is top-notch Montessori education--engaging, nurturing, and inspiring. We are so grateful to be part of this community.

From the very beginning, we felt how calm, caring, and well-run the school is -- and that feeling has only grown stronger over time. Ms. Meri and Ms. Janete are truly amazing. They're patient, attentive, and genuinely invested in each child. Our son has grown so much since he started -- socially, emotionally, and even with everyday skills like independence and communication. It's been incredible to watch. As a parent, knowing your child is in such good hands every single day is everything. We really wish we had found this place sooner.

They don't want to teach or work with little difficult first time in school kids , they want only easy kids . So they dont have hard day or time .honestly I'm glad she sent me this email today and dismissed my child , cause I everyday I dropped to this school I can see they are not happy to see him like they are happy to see other kids , this was worry me a lot . On day 3 of school I got email from this school about my son , they used words like he's unpredictable, unprovoked, impulsive and dangerous. Broke my hearts and husband to see that cause we have no idea of the kid she is talking about because that was first time our boy is out there without us , in school where we suppose to feel Like he's learning not getting tossed out . I explained over and over to them when I went there to enrolled him . That he was speech delay and that's his time time in school. And to please to patient with him and give a chance , i even told his teacher that he was speech delay and she said her daughter was also . She familiar with it , every time i told them something they completely forgot or they just don't care and didn't want him in the school. I saw it in the eyes , and voice and tone that , and always compared him to others and telling me his not developed enough for his age . My son is so smart and can do anything with it the right person teaching . He is polite and friendly and that woman keep email Me like my son is kind of some dangerous kid in her school and because he's 4 and tall and strong he is dangerous to the kids . I understand this is a private school, this is your school and you can do whatever you want but all I can say do it in a respectful manner without any discrimination towards a toddlers . I'm not taking this further because I just want to put this experience behind me and move on .

When I contacted the front office, I was told they would not provide any information unless I scheduled a tour. As a working single mom with limited availability, it is very difficult to commit to an in-person visit without first knowing basic details such as tuition, program structure, and availability. I have never encountered a policy where absolutely no information could be shared prior to booking a tour. It felt unreasonable to expect parents to invest time away from work without confirming whether the program would even be a good fit financially or logistically. After reading other reviews, I noticed similar comments about the school being very "private." While I understand and appreciate maintaining security and privacy for the children, there should still be transparency and open communication with prospective parents. Feeling informed and included is essential when making decisions about our children's care and education. Unfortunately, the lack of openness made the environment feel unwelcoming rather than inviting. I would have loved the opportunity to explore becoming part of their community, but first impressions matter -- especially when it comes to our children.
