Parking in locations like San Francisco can be very challenging and expensive too. Given that this is a high-cost training that begins early in the morning, the class fee should also include appropriate amenities--such as breakfast, snacks, and lunch, not just coffee--depending on the duration of the training.

You can find free videos from various doctors that offer much more valuable learning. You're not even guaranteed a model for this course, I brought my own and I ended up being short 8 units of Botox for my model. I thought it was ridiculous. Additionally, the online materials were unavailable once I completed the course, so I can't go back to review them. I usually go out of town for training, I was so excited to take this course locally, but it turned out to be the biggest mistake. I will have to take the out-of-town course regardless. I definitely recommend checking out the NIMA Institute in Las Vegas for amazing training. One course and you would want all your money back and realized what a scam Empire training is.

THEY ARE LIARS. literally teacher had NO IDEA what he was doing. I only have basic self taught knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS and I wanted to learn more in depth so I hired them for PRIVATE 1 on 1 teaching for ~$3,300.00. The teacher literally spent his whole time researching my questions on w3schools.com for answers. The other half of the time he will make drawings on microsoft PAINT while you wait. NO PREPARATIONS | NO ACTIVITIES | NO ORGANIZATION | NO BOOKS/DOCUMENTS | NO LABS... after complaining to director twice, they did nothing. I walked out 3 days after because they were such a disaster and never took any exam. Following day i walked out I received a diploma "certificate of completion".. Realized after I filed a chargeback with my credit card company that they planned to use this falsified "diploma" to dispute and win the chargeback. I will need to sue them in small claims court to get my money back. RUN RUN RUN RUN!!!!

Located on the second floor of a business building, don't be fooled by the glamorous first floor because when you get to the second, it's a whole another place. The couches and computers are pretty drab and old. My computer froze 3 times and I was so afraid I'd have to retake the exam... They do provide ear plugs like the other locations. And service is very friendly. They run servers here but they aren't able to print Microsoft certs. What.... Make sure you budget in parking time. Visitor parking changed to the West side of the parking lot and you have to run up and grab a parking pass from the front desk to put on your dash.

I am an elementary school teacher and I had to take a reading endorsement test. I looked online and…read morethis was one of the closest testing sites, so I scheduled my test for a Saturday afternoon in November. The place is a little hidden, just north of Commercial Blvd. & east of I 95. The building is not well marked; there is no sign that says "testing" or Pearson, and at first I thought maybe I was at the wrong place because the parking lot was empty. I went up to the front door and it was locked however there was an electronic door answering system. I searched Pearson Vue, dialed and a gentleman answered. He explained how to enter the building and also instructed me that I needed to go to the bathroom and wash my hands prior to entering the office. I was a little surprised that the bathroom was such a mess because the building is locked. It was a hallway bathroom for all the tenants and guests of the building but it was really gross and did not look like it had been attended to for several hours. After washing my hands I walked down the hallway to the Pearson Vue office. They seem to be taking every safety precaution, and there was a plastic sheet separating visitors from the staff. They also had lots of hand sanitizer. I was instructed to show ID, take off my glasses for inspection, and empty my pockets, I also had my picture taken and I had to pat myself down and lift up my hair so they could check the back of my neck. I get it that they are trying to be very secure however I did not appreciate the attitude of Richard behind the desk. He was very condescending and talked to me as if I was a child. I noticed that he also talked in a very "scolding" manner to the other 2 women who were there to take tests. I think he thought he was being funny, but it just adds to the stress of someone who is getting ready to take an important test. Right before going into the testing room; I was issued a locker and given a key so that I could store my purse or any other personal items during the test. I was led by a woman into the testing center. She also offered me earplugs and sanitary covers for the headphones that were at each station. I was glad I had those because toward the end of my test there was someone who was typing very loudly very close to me. At the start of the test there is a computer tutorial that lasts about 10 minutes. I found the tutorial to be very helpful, and the actual test was very easy to complete. It always tells you how many minutes you have left and what number question you were on. You are also able to go back and check your answers at anytime throughout the test. I used all my time to go back & check my work and I was thrilled that I was told I passed and handed an "unofficial score report" as I exited the testing room. I retrieved my items from the locker without a hitch. Overall it is a pretty good place to take a test; especially since there don't seem to be many options around.
