My experience with this company was good. They seems to be good at following through, although a bit disconnected when it comes to communication. The parking is rough and it was very crowded when we arrived to take pictures. The overall prom pictures could have been better. Some couples were not arranged evenly for their poses, others seemed hunched over or not looking at the camera. They would benefit from having someone to help the couples/students stand tall and look at the camera. Otherwise, pretty good. 4 stars read more

I would strongly advise you not to get your photos done here. The staff does not seem to be particularly knowledgeable or able to understand English very well. There was a mix up with the package photos and I wanted extra ones taken for my daughter. You would have thought I wanted a human sacrifice or something. The girl at the desk said that the package was already done, we can't add on, etc...I said I just want to pay extra for a few shots. "let me see what I can do" was her response and she went in the back. She seemed a little miffed that the boss was going to allow the extra photos (for which I was paying full price!) My daughters senior portraits were taken in January- for which we paid extra for the fancy package. It's now July- she's long graduated- still waiting on her pictures. No less than half a dozen phone calls have been made trying to track down the pictures. The school chooses the photo studio- but I should have checked reviews before spending money on this outfit. do not text people with links, to review their photos on their phones, unless that is how they request to receive them. customer service, please read emails and respond appropriately. for school photos, provide previews against backgrounds when ordering online, to give clients a better idea of how the image will look with certain colors or patterns. read more

Honestly the first time I have ever wanted to give zero stars. Stay as far away as you can. Zero customer service, lost orders, no delivery, basically as close to getting scammed as I have been in a while. I placed an order for a team photo, received a confirmation, and nearly a year later, no order. I am so sad because this was the team photo from my first year as a coach. Horrible customer service. The people working don't know what they're doing. Calls don't get answered, messages don't get through. They gave me a run around for months. I finally had to go in person to find out what was going on! I didn't receive my daughter's senior pictures until like weeks before her graduation!! I ordered my son's Senior pictures - Email option - May 28th and i have yet to receive an email with pictures! a call back! or a reply! We had a party for him this past weekend and couldn't get our decorations with pictures because of this! I am so disappointed! This place is unprofessional.. took my daughter get to take her senior pictures they did a bad job. And i went back to ask to retake pictures they stated to come back Saturday. When we got there they tried to charge us $10 to retake the pictures they originally took. Had to come here for my sister's late senior portrait (no appointment either) There were three clients prior to us, so I assumed we were going to be there forever. An employee talked to my sister, filled up some forms, and ta-da, got her photos taken! Seriously, the process and everything else took less than an hour. Bad customer service! I called them to check if my picture was ready and they told me it was ready and if I liked I could pick it up before they close (5p.m). I arrived on time (4:25p.m) As I walked in a staff member walked out and started closing the studio which is rude!! I was getting my picture and I had to exit through another door. I don't understand why they don't follow their own mission statement. If you claim to close at 5 then close at 5! I never write reviews but I felt compelled to do so after my experience about 2 weeks ago when taking my daughter into the studio for her senior portraits. First off. Their processes are wildly outdated and their customer service is severely lacking. Why do I have to fill out paperwork when they should have had our information from her school already? Incredibly time consuming and pointless. Ive had 2 other seniors, my boys and the studios I took them to already had everything ready for them upon our arrival... which was 5 years, so.... not impressed. The entire situation was extremely tense. There was screaming in the adjacent room from one of the managers to the employees which is never a good sign. When I say screaming... I mean like full out yelling. Not sure what kind of company this is but that is definitely scary. Honestly we should have walked out right then and there. The photographer was polite but seemed rushed and was trying to distract us from the scene going on in the other room. They are not organized but they are quick in their turnaround. Which was the only upside. "Best prices" are not worth the experience and I have relayed this information to her school. Beware. read more

I wish I could've gave them 0 starz but you have to click 1 to leave a comment. The order took 6 MONTHS, They blamed the school yearbook process for their carelessness! We paid for formal pictures which they claim I didn't select 1 to be printed, BUT I KNOW I DID, I PAID FOR IT! When I asked them to reprint the correct pictures, they wanted $25 MORE, so I asked for them to email me the formal picture, they said they OWNED my son's picture copyrights and i would have to pay $25 for them to email me the 1 pose. THEN to add insult to injury, i asked for a refund and this guy says..." You have to give us all the pictures back and we'll refund you $10!" WE PAID $95 AND ALL WE WOULD GET BACK IS $10?? Shameful. This is by far thee WORST PHOTOGRAPHY STUDIO I have ever encountered. They are in business to rip people off, they have no intention on providing great photos or even decent customer service. This place is HORRIBLE and should be shut down but I'm sure they've been scamming so long they will continue to abuse a manipulate the consumer. read more

The company came out to my Son's high school in San Pedro .this past weekend . The process took no more than one hour inspite of all the seniors waiting in line. If I could give zero stars, I would! Because I received zero products! First they forgot to bring my daughters 8th grade panorama picture to her school. I had to call multiple times, after being told they contacted the school and will see what happened to my order. School never heard from them in regards to issue. I had to demand to speak to some management, Sharon (even bigger liar) , to get an a promise to deliver. By Friday she said at first! Definitely on Monday came next! Had the nerve to tell me I can come pick it up at studio, when it was their mistake to rectify. I don't run this business, so if I order through the school (Pre-Ordered) ,it should be delivered there. I requested a refund since i've come to the conclusion Sharon does not know how to run her business on honesty and integrity. I was told someone else will be issuing a refund after she gets back from graduations. Not once was she apologetic about the mishap or the lies I was told about it being on its way to delivery. I will definitely make my recommendations known to the school and district about this company's conduct and inability to follow through. read more
