Let me start by saying they do great work BUT as a single (widowed) mom of a senior high schooler, I simply can't afford most of their packages. I only wanted digital copies and they're $400 - for 8 pics! I didn't even want them printed. My son's school works with them for yearbook and school photos, but this is beyond what a mom can afford. Delivery is digital-should be as simple as an email, download from internet or dropbox link and therefore automatic once paid. The photographer took pictures of my son for yearbook and senior photos. I can only speak for myself here but I ordered graduation photos from CFP back on 06/09/21 and I'm STILL waiting for my photos. Totally not happy. I was told someone would call me last week.... I'm still waiting. Be prepared to WAIT for your images. Just wondering at this point if all these amazing reviews people have left will measure up to the final work product. Well when we arrived it seemed pretty unorganized. There was also blocks of time that passed when no staff came to the front. I was getting quite upset as our session was not starting on time. Actually our session started about 40 minutes behind but to their credit once we stepped in the back they explained the situation. Bottom line,they are working hard during all sessions to ensure the end result is perfect. Sometimes unexpectedly that results in going over he slotted time and running in to other sessions. But the staff was amazing once things got going. Our photographer was patient and amazing. Then even when I wasn't showing patience Samantha took great care assisting us pick out our best shots. Since we were now late for something else and she could tell I was feeling rushed she still extended the specials and allowed me a week to choose our package. All in all the results we got outweigh the momentary rough start. The entire staff truly wants each client to have be best experience and you can see the effort they put in to it all. We came here for my cousins senior photos, it was not a stuffy hole in the wall like the previous studio I had went to in Whittier back in my day. The photographer was very knowledge and friendly. I was lucky enough to find this studio and the amazing Samantha for a photo shoot. I had called dozens of studios and only CFP was willing to work with us and help us accomplish what we needed. They worked quickly and efficiently to get us answers quickly. Plus they were reasonable with their prices which we really appreciated. We are shooting a documentary and needed a photo studio that would let us film onsite. They went above and by fitting us in on very short notice. They provided a great photographer who worked very well with our group. Samantha even pulled out all the backgrounds, took photos and texted them to me so I was able to show everyone at our offices. Let's start with the positive. Ed our photographer was amazing! He knew exactly what poses were best fit for each background while also having keen eye for the smallest details. (Ex: my sons tie being a bit up, chin tilt, head tilt) He has a very positive Ora and made my son feel comfortable and relaxed. Making jokes and having fun with the posing. Making the environment friendly and welcoming. You can tell he truly enjoys what he does. I let him know that I always purchase my sons sports and school pictures every year and that's why I decided to come in for the senior portraits. Now, let's talk about the sales associate and her monotone attitude. She came in and introduced herself and I didn't know if it was a welcome or "it's the end of my shift I just want to get this sale over with." After going over all images and making our selections, I asked her if they offered any discounts if we came back for the Cap & Gown session (yes, this is also a separate session which you need to make a deposit and pay another sitting fee) and she said she didn't understand my question. I got more upset when she didn't try to answer my question and followed it with "Are you going to continue with your purchase or not?" Her attitude was reflecting that she did not care about the business that I had brought to their establishment. The studio prices are ridiculous for the senior packages. And the session was not clearly explained to us before hand. They require a $35 deposit for the session for the senior experience (instead of the other option yearbook) and they did mentioned the $35 would go towards our purchase. What they failed to disclose was that they charge a $55 setting fee. This is an additional cost that I feel should be disclosed ahead of time and/or while making the appointment. Pricing for packages are very expensive and you don't get a good amount of images to justify for the prices. Overall, it was the photographer who made the experience tolerable. If the photographer experience would have been as bad as the prices/sales then I would recommend to choose another studio for your seniors portraits. Even now I would still recommend to go somewhere where you would get more value for what you are paying for. read more

He was fun, interactive, and his friendly personality didn't seem contrived in anyway. When we walked in, we were immediately greeted by a woman (I didn't get her name either) that was equally warm and awesome!!!! Prices are way too high and last year they messed up so many orders at our child's school that many parents still don't have the pictures they paid for a year later. I had to call and email multiple times to get them to fix my order. Obviously they take on more work than they can handle, resulting in disorganization, mistakes, and a neglectful staff. This is the worst studio. For some reason Culver City schools started using them for the yearly school pictures and sports but the photos are terrible every year. Retake after retake. I have to go to your studio to retake your bad pictures? They even publish the wrong photos in the yearbooks. Someone named Samantha has messed up my order more than once or twice. Photographers don't care if the kid is smiling, hair messy, sitting up straight. They just click and take your money. read more
