I had such a wonderful experience with Thomas Anderson from Foster Realty today! He came by for my lease renewal inspection, and I truly appreciated how kind, professional, and thoughtful he was throughout the entire visit. He made the whole process feel comfortable and stress-free, and his friendly attitude left such a positive impression on me. It's always refreshing to meet someone who genuinely cares about providing excellent service and treating people with kindness and respect. Thank you so much, Thomas, for your time, patience, and outstanding customer service! Foster Realty is lucky to have someone like you on their team. The team did a great job helping me get my house interior repainted and updated. Veronika spoke with me about my needs and set me up with a painting company that was thorough and did exactly what I asked for. The paint job was done quickly and met my expectations. I have enjoyed working with Veronika & foster realty as they make the process easy. read more

First experience renting out our home and we were nervous about the process. Veronika was very knowledgeable and helpful. We're very happy with the service and the great communication from this company. read more

I highly do not recommend this place as a owner or even a renter. It's a nightmare with them if you are trying to find someone to manage your property. I had tenants contacting me directly since nothing ever got completed on time and without drama. Keep searching for a decent one. It's not worth your time or money to deal with these folks. read more

They went above and beyond for us. We needed a property fast, and they were profess and understanding. Highly recommend

It has been a month and I am still awaiting my deposit after moving out. I had my move out review and everything was good. As I continue to follow up the team continues to ignore. The deposit is large as they requested 4x rent. read more

Great communication to accommodate and were very understanding to my moving situation. Definitely recommend this realtor. They are FANTASTIC read more

Kyla has always been great through the renting process, one of the best to be quite honest. I've rented before through other places/companies and it has been night and day I'll tell you that. The communication has always been efficient and prompt. Any issues l've came across that need attention, they do address it quickly. Example: currently the water heater in my unit began leaking and I have no hot water, Thomas addressed the issue immediately and was even going to have someone come out during the weekend as an emergency but luckily I was leaving town and it could get addressed when I came back. I have had zero issues with Foster Realty and would recommend them to any of my friends or family members. Thank you for making this renting experience a pleasurable one! Very happy client here since February 2021! read more

Do not use Foster Realty as your property management company. I have been disappointed by them time and time again. I hired them in Dec 2022 to rent out and manage a condominium unit I own. We were not getting much interest in the unit and my husband decided to search for the unit on Zillow (where Evan said he was advertising the unit) and there was no listing for the unit. We had to notify him of this and therefore our unit remained vacant for an entire month. When Evan did manage to find a tenant, all he did with me was try to negotiate down my asking rent. I thought he was supposed to be working for me with my best interest in mind. I had never been asked to negotiate the price of rent before. When my tenant's year long lease was up, we had agreed to increase the tenant's rent. Evan failed to do so 60 days in advance (per his lease terms) so I lost out on two months of increased revenue. Throughout the 18 months of our working relationship Evan was difficult to get ahold of and would often not return my calls or texts. It was very frustrating. In contrast, I hired a new property management company to take over when my tenant was moving out. They found two excellent tenants within days, increased the rent even more and were able to get it, and facilitated the whole process leaving me with only one day vacant between tenants to clean the unit. I am so much happier with them. read more

It has been almost a year since my husband, and I moved into the rental property. We do not receive 24-hour notice prior to an inspection or maintenance by the realty company. We have had many instances where people have entered our backyard or climbed on top of our roof while our children were alone. Our concerns have been raised many times with the reality company but have been overlooked. There is no concern for my children or ours' safety! This company is not recommended for renting! read more

Thomas (and the whole team) has been great to work with. Thomas came by my new unit personally to drop off a needed item and couldn't have been any friendlier. Foster has tsken good care of me thus far and I highly recommend them whether you're an owner or tenant! read more

Foster Realty has been managing single-family properties for my company, RBKK Investments LLC. I've been very pleased with their professional service, especially with Evan. They provide prompt responses and add a personal touch to their work. I appreciate the way they service our tenants' needs, which is important to me. It's difficult to find a good property management company in Las Vegas, and I would highly recommend them. read more

Do not recommend this company. In my experience, they bring in tenants without conducting proper owner approval. Not selective about tenant quality, and inadequate competitive bidding process for repairs. Also failed to follow through with scheduled & necessary scheduled inspections per the agreement. Very disappointed with the service & left with the impression that Foster considers properties as disposal assets. read more

Lora Foster was extremely helpful in helping me pick out a new condo in Las Vegas Nevada! She was very courteous and professional during the touring process and went above and beyond in terms of showing me additional units and having lengthy discussions about how to find the best deal for my situation. She always took the time to answer every question that I had! Highly recommend Foster Realty to anyone who is looking to buy or rent high-rise condos in Las Vegas. read more

We recently moved into a home that is managed by Foster Realty. It was in need of a handful of maintenance tasks and Thomas was fantastic at handling everything he could efficiently and setting us up with any outsourced vendors necessary. I want to Personally say that I have worked with one of the best Realtors in Las Vegas and Los Angeles! Lora has taken such such good care of me and been so accommodating since my quest began here in Las Vegas! She's so pleasant and a sweetheart, funny and Witty! I really fo appreciate her and now consider her a good friend. If you need any knowledge on specific markets whether it be rental, residential, or commercial she is your go to girl and will exhaust all resources to get the info you need! She has personally assisted me with the high rise rental market. From Panorama, Allure, The One, all the way to downtown at Juhl and Fremont9. The Foster team has been so wonderful over the years. They have been such a pleasure to deal. They've been prompt and professional in dealing with any unforeseen issues. Foster Realty are great to work with regarding property management. I recently had Thomas come out to see our home and he was very nice and great to talk with. It seemed like we had known each other for many years even though we had just met. I hope everyone who works with Foster Realty has an opportunity to meet Thomas. May God bless Thomas and the entire team at Foster Realty! read more

Update to my initial review : Once, Evan became aware of our situation he handled the situation with speed and top notch customer care. I want to personally thank him for is attention. He coordinated its so an A/C repair person came out on a Saturday and repaired the A/C. We really appreciate him going the extra mile for us. I can now with good faith recommend Foster Realty to anyone asking for a. Reference. We are tenants of a unit that Foster Realty manages the A/C went out 3 days ago. We have been asking for it to be repaired. It is lunch time on Friday, NOTHING! The boilerplate response is "We are waiting on quotes". This is Las Vegas and it's summertime you would think they would want to keep the tenants happy and wanting to continue to lease units they manage. read more

This review and rating is for Keiontay Williams at Foster Realty, who has been a great help with all of our maintenance needs. My parents recently moved to Las Vegas, and I rented them a place through Foster Realty. There were a lot of maintenance issues that needed to be addressed, but none were taken care of before they moved in (even though they had 2 weeks between the move-in inspection and the time my parents moved in). Needless to say, my parents were extremely upset, so I contacted Foster Realty ready to give them hell. Fortunately I was transferred to Keiontay, who was extremely patient and accommodating. He made sure to send out vendors right away, most of them that same day, and followed up afterwards to ensure that everything was properly repaired. Moving is always an extremely stressful experience, but thank you to Keiontay for helping make it a little less stressful. read more

Foster Realty, property management division, has been managing the rental of my Las Vegas condo for three years. As an out of state owner and investor I cannot say enough about the service that Evan provides. Israel is the agent who oversees my property and he has been great. They do an exceptional screening of tenants and keep you informed about the property. Israel is prompt with responses and Evan has helped me in many ways. Foster is a worry free manager for owners and I highly recommend them for their honesty, integrity, and efficiency. read more

Maybe they're fine as realtors, but as managers, be prepared to do a lot of hassling to get anything accomplished with Foster Realty. They took over my building and offered to move me into another unit. I told them which one I wanted, was told I'd be told when it was ready... but then they forgot and rented it to someone else. Then I had an issue needing repair in my current apartment and called several times over several weeks and was always just told that it was "on the radar" of the maintenance. As my apartment became borderline uninhabitable, I began calling several times a day and they finally sent someone. Still not fixed. Waited another week, patiently, things getting worse--had to make another set of calls. Still not fixed, still making calls... If you're a person who likes calling and calling having to get cranky to get results, Foster is fine. But if you like things to just be taken care of without a lot of hassling and follow-up... not so much. read more

Evan and Foster Realty are awesome. I rented an apartment from them for 3 years. I appreciated how fair they were the entire time I rented the unit concerning the rent and everything else. They were always prompt in responding to whatever concerns I had and they took me seriously rather than just brushing me aside. I especially appreciate that Evan, who is very busy, personally responded to me. The very discrepancies Foster and I had were worked out with a resolution that I believe was fair, and I really appreciated that. I recently purchased a home, so I moved out of my unit managed by Foster. However, if I ever bought or leased again, I would absolutely rent through Foster again. Israel, Veronica, and everyone else in the office is great, too. An all-around ethical and solid company. Thanks for a great 3 years Foster! Myself as well as my 3-year-old daughter appreciated all the attention and consideration you extended! read more

The gentlemen at Foster Realty made my move-in process stress free and lots of fun. Tom, Joseph, and Isaiah were very upbeat, funny, professional, helpful, and thorough from signing my lease to my walk-through. Tom made sure that I understood the terms of my lease. Isaiah was warm and accommodating when I needed to change my walk-through time. Joseph wanted to make sure everything was to my standard and that I was happy with my move-in. They stated that if I required any assistance with my home, to call without hesitation. Thank you, gentlemen! read more

Lora had terrible communication and poor follow up when attempting to search for a property. Had to reach out several times.

Just recently linked up with Foster Realty. So far, everything is great. Kortnie was so helpful the first few days of my lease process, and Danielle was early to meet me for my inspection. She's addressed every issue I've brought to her so far (not that there are many), and in a very timely manner! I love my new place, and it's comforting to have them as the property managers. I feel very at home. read more

We had an emergency moving situation that required us to move very quickly and Lora was there to catch everything I threw at her with a smile on her face. She was responsive at all hours of the day and was able to switch gears quickly with us when we needed her to. I don't know how we would have done it without her. She found us a great place with time to spare and I am eternally grateful. read more

Not only did Foster reality went beyond my expectations they were extremely prompt and Friendly. Between Our Leasing Agent Leah Hisatake and her collaboration with Tom at Foster Reality. Closed on our house yesterday. The buyer's agent, Dennis Powell somehow got confused on the home warranty situation. The title calls me at work asking about it, I have to call my agent who's on vacation so he can take care of this nonissue. So Dennis held up the closing, which to the point where the buyer's lender CCCU was late on the wire transfer for the payoff. This in turn, caused the title company to wire the next day--today. Because it was wired the next day today, another month of non prorated mortgage interest kicked in and we got screwed out of $500+. All because Dennis wasn't prepared for closing on time. They had 6 hours yesterday to get this done and couldn't do it when time was of the essence. They left no time for title to do what they had to do in the time it needed to be done. A well deserved one star for aiding in screwing my family out of $500 over something that could've been explained well ahead of escrow. Thank you. I will never forget this. read more
