I have been renting with AMG since May 2017 and I've never had an issue with them. My first rental was at Villa Monterey and I stayed there until I moved to Desert Plaza the end of Sept 2020. Unfortunately I find myself in the position of moving again due to rental increases, which has nothing to do with AMG. Desert Plaza has the BEST Mgr., Alex, and the BEST Maintenance Worker, Tyrone, that I've had the pleasure to know in my 40+ years of renting. So if you want a great Management team, please come rent from Alex. He is the Bomb! And Tyrone, he knows something about everything! Whenever I have a work order, the job is finished that day or no later than the next day. If I could take Alex and Tyrone with me as my own personal mgmt. team, I would. Alex is ALWAYS upfront and honest about everything and you will not find any hidden loopholes in your lease agreement. Not all of the property Managers are as great as Alex and will not tell you the truth when you ask a question. But as I said, Alex always is upfront!! I lived in a home managed by Advanced Realty Group for three years, and my experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. My move-in experience was unacceptable. I arrived on a Saturday with all of my belongings to find the home had not been cleaned, had a strong odor, and the refrigerator in the garage was covered in bugs. Despite multiple calls and texts, my leasing agent was completely unresponsive. I was forced to delay my move-in and pay out of pocket for professional cleaning just to make the home livable. Throughout my tenancy, I submitted numerous maintenance requests. It typically took one to two weeks for someone to respond, and many issues required multiple visits before being resolved. Over the course of my lease, I went through three refrigerators and two to three stoves. The most serious issue was a recurring water leak in 2023, during a time when I was dealing with significant health issues. Maintenance was sent out three to five times and repeatedly told me the issue was fixed, only for the leak to continue. Eventually, I received a city water bill for $274.72 due to the unresolved leak. I contacted property management multiple times by phone and email, including Keri and Tammy, but received no assistance and had to pay the bill myself. The move-out process was the final disappointment. I thoroughly cleaned the home and left it in move-in-ready condition. During the walk-through, Shayla noted that the home was left in good condition--better than most tenants. Despite this, I was charged for numerous items and received only a small portion of my security deposit back. I have rented many properties and have never experienced this before. I disputed the charges multiple times with the manager, Dawn, via phone calls and emails. Responses were inconsistent--often only every third or fourth email--and she never responded to my formal dispute of the erroneous charges. Overall, this company demonstrated poor communication, slow maintenance response times, and unfair handling of move-out charges. This company is trying to collection on a 4- or 5-year-old rent collection that should have been resolved long ago. The property at 920 Sierra Vista Drive Las Vegas NV 89169 went through 3 different management companies in this timeframe. The second management was worthless in the sense that they were so unorganized when they took it over from Siegel Group. The second management or even this management company could have emailed me about resolving this situation instead of ruining my credit rating and put in a notation in my consumer credit report so that it made it difficult to rent another place in Las Vegas. Trying to get $2500 from a senior citizen on a fixed income four or five years after the fact is just plain GREED. This management company keep my original deposit and then tried to claim that I skipped out without a trace when in fact I gave notice to the corporate management office and the front desk manager when I was leaving because there were so many issues with security and safety when the second management took over. There were fights, gun violence and parties at 2 or 3 in the morning and calling security was impossible. I have never in all of my 60 plus years on this earth ever skipped out on rent or failed to properly inform management when I was leaving the place. To prove my point, the management office called me the night before and the day of my move out to make sure I was leaving and to turn the keys in which I did so there claim of me not informing them properly is bogus. This management company turned me over to Rent Recovery Solutions which was a D or F BBB rating with numerous complaints and violations. Rent Recovery and the management company which have the original rent contract with my current email could have emailed me a letter instead of ruining my credit rating and chances of getting a rental place in Clark County. I have called this place for 3 weeks straight and no one will return my call. all I get is Merisol (Regional Manager) is out of the office or she's off today or blah blah blah... They claim I owe them money however my case went to Federal Court and the money they claimed I owed was discharged 1 year ago.. As of today they still claim I owe them even though they have my Federal Court Case Number, they were served via certified mail showing that my case was discharged.. The secretary at this company told me to call the accounts payable department lol and when I did a lady named Alma who speaks very little english or at least played like she knew no other words but (you owe $1200 dollars) once I proceeded to explaining my situation she hung up on me.. So again I called the office to ask if there is someone other then Alma or Merisol that could help me and the Secretary says (there is no one other then Merisol who can help) do this lady ever go to work? No I worked for them for three months and the three months that I work there. I worked on two properties never had a manager full time a manager would come in for one hour to two hours a day occasionally most of the time I work both of these properties by myself, they have a property off of Valley view and win, called Saint Tropez. They run this property, never telling the lady that her property is trash, they have a poly pecks problem in the wall that has been outlawed to use an apartment and is the only be used in trailer parks they fired the lady who hired me for telling the owner the truth about her property and how it was trash all of the apartments have water heaters in the closet with no outlet. If the water heater breaks everything is going to be damaged in the closet and room there's literally a leak back to back when you fix one leak another one breaks inside of a wall, the apartments are full of mold yet they clean one apartment and show it and try to sell the property never telling people that the property is really trash. While I worked there residents would come in with lawyers They also have a property in Koval to behind the MGM. This property to is trash and miss managed. This company has been on the news for having people live in mold, infested apartments and not getting them fixed I have I have my own company I used to have to use things that I had to fix the residence apartments because I could not get management to buy anything to help these people. They hired a new regional lady and a manager for my apartments, and then they fired me because I was the only one working and they were forgetting to put my hours in and I contact the HR, if I work, I should get paid not get retaliated on because you forgot to put my hours in and I reported it to HR to the employees walk around on eggshells throwing each other under the bus. Every time they get a chance this is the worst place I have ever worked for and then three months I see more backstabbing and thrown under the bus than I ever have in my life. Advanced Management group only cares about the money, work orders get closed ASAP and the work is never really done, you knock on the door 3 minutes after 1 p.m. And property manager comes to the door with an attitude and cusses you out, rent is paid on time but service sucks they are a slumlord. since December 10th of 2019 a disabled man has to clean these windows three times a day to keep the moisture off the inside of the walls the doors the door frame the floor the window and an air conditioner unit heater unit that they don't care about getting moisture in water in slumlords read more

Advanced Management Group runs the Oak Tree Apartments...sort of. Here is the review I just posted for the Oak Tree: "We are now on our NINTH manager in two years, and she is a full-blown Nazi. Since the Covid-19 fiasco, she has had the laundry room locked except for 8 - 3 Monday through Friday, supposedly for our "safety". Wrong. Those are the hours she keeps in the office, if she even shows up at all! She refuses to open the swimming pool, and I can guess the REAL reason: She would have to keep it open later than 3, as well as come by on the weekends and open/close it, and she is too LAZY to do it! NOW she has put a double-locked gate on the office door, so no one can drop payments in the mail slot! People please do not rent from them. They don't care about their tenants. If something goes wrong they go do you have documents for this, that and on and on and on. Nellis Suites is the worst. I have wrote reviews before about Nellis Suites. My family and I have not been able to get out of here, for we cannot find another place. Besides the bedbugs, and roaches, things breaking down and not getting fixed, now our neighbor and our window got shot, our door have a hole from a bullet, another neighbor got his vehicle shot. Police and CSI were here for hours. We are not feeling comfortable knowing our kids or ourselves or the neighbors and their family could of got shot. Management never came to ask any of us are you all ok. I hope to God we can find another place to live. Please do not come to this company and rent from any of their properties. read more

It's 30 degrees outside right now as we speak and my heater has been out for a MONTH . I notified corporate who then told me they would contact me within 24 hours . Instead of corporate calling back they have my manager call me back stating that she "knows I called corporate" and that she already told me what she can do . Not sure why CORPORATE NEVER CALLED BACK or why they had my manager call letting me know they told her . But that doesn't change the fact THERE IS MOLD IN MY UNIT IN MY BATHROOM AND KITCHEN SO MUCH THAT IT GOES THROUGH THE WALL TO THE OUTTER WALL. And they HAVE YET TO SEND SOMEONE TO FIX THIS PROBLEM . if you want to have a company watch as you keep taking yourself into the hospital for upper respiratory infections and skin rashes from MOLD . They were unprofessional on 4 levels, didn't call us, didn't pick up, corp said the lady we had an appointment with doesn't work there, then they called me and said our app is @10 not 9:30 which is exactly what i had said, then she calls me back after hunting her down to say she's gonna be late. That's what cell phones are for, she wasn't gonna notify us, we would have been sitting there for 30min with an baby in the car. She didnt even show up in professional attire. My fiancé & I along with our kids live in one of the complex's that is managed by AMG. We moved out here a little over a year ago from the midwest, straight into an apt that we had signed a lease on before we even finished packing for the move. We had our real estate agent deal with the details & get everything arranged with AMG for us out here & then fax us the lease to sign. It was so easy dealing with everybody at AMG while we were doing the lease signing process & the tenant portal online is so easy & convenient to pay the rent when you have a busy work schedule. Since we've been living in our apt, we've had normal wear & tear things go wrong that have needed fixed and/or replaced. Everytime we've called them to report the problem so it could be dealt with, whoever we deal with has ALWAYS been so nice to us & they have went out of their way to get things approved or appts made for someone to come out to fix the problem. The employees at AMG are always on the ball with getting everything taken care of as quickly as possible so we aren't inconvenienced for too long at all. We absolutely LOVE it out here in Vegas since we moved, we love our townhouse that we live in, & we love our neighbors that live in our complex. We couldn't have asked to be associated with a better management group for our life out here. read more

I've only signed up with AMG for a few months now to take care of my residential property. Although they are one of the cheapest (flat monthly fee), you get what you pay for. They are extremely unresponsive and take practically forever to get things done. As someone who lives too far away to manage their own property, I needed someone/company that is dependable, honest, and diligent in taking care of the property and protect the owner. Instead, they have since been unresponsive, unreliable, and costly. Their lack of responsiveness may have probably driven away my previous tenants, and has now left my property in ruins in which I would end up having to fork over the entire cost for cleanup. Although the previous tenants are partly to blame for leaving the property in the poor shape that it is, I have little respect for this management company who did nothing to notify me of its bad condition, nor contact the tenants for reimbursement, and then practically left the property unattended for over a month. After constantly contacting this management company, I end up being slapped with a high bill to clean up the mess. As I look back on all that's happened, maybe it was more worth it to hire the more expensive property management company who could have provided better customer service. In any case, please think carefully before signing with this company or you too will be stuck with a 1 year contract. read more

If you care about how the company you hire treats their employees, then you don't want to hire this company. They treat their employees like garbage. They break a lot of labor law rules. If they ever got audited themselves, they would probably go under from all the back pay they'd have to pay their employees, it's that bad. I don't work there either and am not a disgruntled employee. I have known many of the employees of AMG and it's the same story with all of them. But they are all too scared to go to the labor board and complain because they don't want to lose their jobs in this economy. read more
