Horrible company to deal with as a renter. Andrea is the rudest, nastiest and most arrogant person I have had the misfortune to deal with in many years. First she failed to conduct a proper move-in inspection, with many errors issues found by myself and my wife, including a furnace filter that had not been changed in several months - or years, and caked on dirt and grime on the floors, as well as dirty carpet. They make threats the preferred contact method, and are just plain rude. They further failed to return my security deposit within 30 days as required by law - instead saying they are mailing a check soon. For owners - they screw you over when they manage your property. A simple cheap blind in a bedroom was broken when I moved in, and I offered to replace it just for the cost of the $20 blind. They refused and hired a company - which the employee who came out said was a friend of Premier's employees, and that they get all the blind work no matter how small. They paid this company hundreds of dollars of the owners money to replace a cheap blind instead of letting me save the owner money by doing it myself. Such a rip-off. We were in need of a property manager and were referred to Bob by our realtor. We scheduled a consultation and Bob walked us through the process, his fees and advice for preparing our home as a rental. We moved forward with his services and Bob had a tenant vetted and moved in in less than 6 weeks. It is not easy to leave your home in someone else's care but everything is going extremely well with no issues or surprises. I give Bob's team all the credit as they have proven month after month to be extremely professional with a high commitment to customer service with the care of our home and the tenant. I moved from Northern California to Vegas (sight unseen) into the beautiful Chatteau Versailles rental condos, in March 2017. I moved out at the end of August 2019 out of state. During my time there, any and all services I needed were always handled quickly and professionally by the Premier Property Management office employees. The vendors they used were also great and prompt. Every service request was followed up with an email and/or by phone. Chris Page met with me for the initial and exit walk through and was super friendly and professional. Very easy going and cool. Guy came in, did final inspection and signed off that there was nothing wrong. Then I get half of my security deposit back, not the full because they said there was inoperable window treatments. And cleaning issues. Not a corfing to what we signed off on. And why wait u til I can't fight back and short me my refund. Hate these people. DISHONEST PRACTICES. scammers. Lied right to my face. I would like to post an update to Mr. Bob Page's response. I like that it took over a year for PPM to have anything to say about their poor business skills. As to "up front" fees, their website claims none are due however, when I signed a contract with PPM, an employee by the name of Debbie told me that "normally we do not even post the listing with the MLS until the $500 is put into the reserve account." Now, this was something Mr. Page and I discussed when he viewed my property before any documents were signed and he said there was no problem for the $500 reserve account funds to come out of the first month's rent. Later that very same day, Debbie called me back to tell me she was wrong, she had found documentation stating that I was correct and the reserve funds were to come out of the first month's rent. I should have known at that moment that the communication was sub par with PPM. On page four, number 2. of the PPM rental application it states "Applicant declares that the information contained herein is true and correct, and applicant authorizes an employment check, criminal check, credit check, VERIFICATION OF REFERENCES and current and previous landlords." This led me to believe that PPM would check references of applicants. In an email dated October 15, 2012 from a PPM employee she states that PPM does not require any references for applicants, therefore the application on the website is false (false advertisement). And lastly, there will never be a justification for Mr. Page trying to steal almost $400 from my reserve account. I have emails from him stating that the tenants needed the money to stay in a hotel while there was work completed on my property. He was lying. First he tried to say that my insurance would reimburse me, which I verified through the insurance company that unnecessary hotel stays were not covered, and they would not be paying, then later, the tenants contacted me and told me they never asked for any money to stay in a hotel. When I complained to Mr. Page he said that he would pay the money for the hotel himself if the insurance would not cover it, so essentially he ended up having to put the money he took back into the reserve account. It was never that the tenants were bad, it was PPM being misleading. PPM must not have looked over the rental agreement as it was for two people on every page except in one spot there was a third name, and to me it looked like a middle name. Come to find out there were three adults and two children living in the property. All I asked was that I be kept in the loop as it is MY property, and I just need someone to manage it. I am paying for a management service, which to me means you work for me and when it comes to my property I have the final say. I felt it was important to know how many people are living in the property because it is a single family residence, I did not want to find out there were really 15 people living there or something crazy. PPM was misleading and dishonest. I stand by my first review, I do NOT recommend them. read more

My family owns other properties in Las Vegas and since this encounter with Bob and his team we have moved our entire property management business from them. They don't deserve our business given how poorly they treat customers. Currently rented and have rented other properties w/ this PM group.  As a tenant, Premier's team has been communicative with me on urgent matters and have also provided emergency solutions when Home Warranty was dragging. Heather is a great service manager who has been communicative, displayed urgency and care, gets matters escalated as needed, etc.   She has helped our family get major pain points resolved quickly every time. My experiences with the vendors that Premier (not Home Warranty) dispatches to our homes have been positive.  Overall knowledgeable, professional and good with families.  I've seen some mickey mouse vendors with other groups, so I appreciate the better quality of repairmen with this PM group. The online portal makes it easy for us to pay rent on time.   Things will not always be perfect with a renting.   We try to be reasonable and we are treated more than reasonable in return.  Thank you Heather, Bob & Chris! read more

Bob Page and company have managed our single family residence in Henderson since September, 2000, that's more than 20 years. We live in California and this was the first time we needed a property manager. It took a short while before we learned that Bob did everything the same way we would have under the same circumstances. So, now we leave most of the decisions up to Bob and don't worry about it. He calls when our authorization is required, anyway, and we have agreed on essentially everything. We have had little tenant turnover. Premier is reasonable and takes care of the tenant's needs quickly so the tenant has nothing to complain about. The Premier staff is accommodating, also, and very easy to deal with. Our owner checks arrive on time every month, too. And this is the way we like it. read more

My wife and I rented a home that was managed by Premier Property Management. The home was beautiful. Unfortunately, it was very difficult dealing with Premier. Phone calls were never returned. In fact, Bob told me, "If I returned every phone call I would be out of business." It seems to me that the business of property management is returning calls and managing the property. After about 6 months we realized that the property was not being managed and I didn't want to have to keep waiting for Bob to do his job. We gave our notice to vacate the premises. PPM sent us a form asking me to provide permission for them to enter the premises to show the property. I did not sign it as we have dogs that cannot be easily confined for the day. However, my wife and I each work nearby and we offered to meet PPM within a 20 minutes notice to allow them entry. Bob disregarded our non-consent and offer and still placed a key box on the door. He entered the property numerous times and on one occasion one of our dogs almost bit a prospect. Who do you think would be liable if the prospect sued? Only me and the property owner. The greatest satisfaction is that I now own 4 rental properties of my own and will never consider PPM. I want my tenants to like me, get proper service, respect the home, and renew their leases. Well I rated this business a 2 because they wouldn't talk to me face to face over security deposit issues after I moved out. Now changing it to a 1 because it's been 3 months now. I'm still trying to get back my security deposit. After receiving an itemized invoice and questioning paint carpet and blinds charges. They wouldn't respond to a letter that explained the situation and items in concern. Even after stating in the invoice if there were any questions or concerns please give them a call. Looks like we just might have to go to small claims court. Don't waste your time with this company unless you want them to try and steal your security deposit. read more

Just moved into a home that this company runs and I'm not a fan at all. After trying to schedule a walk-through which was a nightmare in it's self we were finally able to get the keys. Oh by the way the mail key somehow did not make it from the previous tenant to me so that is still "in the works" and it'll be almost two weeks before I have it. As the previous reviewer Angela said, the walk-through was rushed and not detailed. I've seen been in the house for a week and noticed a few more things but when you call the person you want to talk to is never there or the phone goes to voicemail. This Bob Page is never around as well just like said before, vacation. $350 per pet deposit? Also the paperwork from the MLS said a fridge was in the home, there was no fridge. All new appliances but no fridge. I asked if one would be put in since the paperwork said there is a fridge included and I was told a used one would be put in but if I didn't like it that the used one would have to stay in the garage until I vacate. Really not impressed with this company at all, first time renter and I really should have bought a home instead of dealing with this company's run around business style. Somehow my online bill-pay didn't send the rent check for the 1st of the month... I received a call on the 7th! saying where is the rent money... Who waits THAT LONG to ask for their money?! OH AND they called on a friday @ 4:45pm! How am I supposed to get the money to you? This place is horrible stay as far away as possible. ^the above is all the craziness in our first 2 months, can't wait for the rest of the lease. Oct 2011 Update: finally out from under these morons. They never return calls but have no problem sending a letter without the correct info and no pre-paid envelope. Work orders are a pain to get taken care of. This company is the worst property management company I have ever dealt with. During our walk-through appt on a property of our interest, the agent rushed us and assured us that all of the issues would be addressed within the next week or so. I walked around taking pictures of all the damaged areas and missing fixtures in our walk through because there wasn't a property condition sheet provided. Nevertheless all damages were acknowledged on my photos. After a few months of no responses to our requests, we practically gave up. We had busy lives to live which didn't deserve to revolve around such bad correspondence from them. A year and a half later, we moved out leaving the home in a drastically better condition than we came. We painted the walls that were obviously run down, we had a professional carpet and floor cleaning done and power washed the garage. They have charged us cleaning fees a month after we moved out in the duration of their current tenants. In addition, they are charging us for all of the damaged fixtures and items that were previously there and that where never addressed from the time we initially acknowledged them during our walk through, all the way through our lease. They are now telling me that my photos aren't substantial or credible if I dnt have traceable email proving our initial claims of the damages. I was never given instruction to do so and was reassured that it would be taken care of within a week so it never occurred to me that emailing the photos would be a prerequisite in case we were ever held accountable. The photos have its date on them as well as were witnessed by the showing agent. They have taken out $900+ of our deposit giving us receipts of cleaning done a MONTH after we left. We also found out that tenants are now occupying the place a DAY after these deep cleanings were done. Meaning to say, they ripped us off of our deposit to pay for what the present tenants have requested to have done AFTER hundreds of foot traffic have entered the home for showings. They informed us that nothing can be done until Bob Page, the owner, comes back from vacation. Can you imagine? They don't issue appointments; we'll just have to 'catch' him in the office. It's nice to finally know what type of business ethics these people operate on. I HAVE YET TO SEE WHAT THE OUTCOME WILL BE. read more

I too am writing this review due to Premier Property Management sending me an email offering to enter me into a $100 drawing off my rent to post a 5 star review for them on Yelp. To me, this compromises the integrity of the reviews on Yelp and doesn't give people a fair shot when they're trying to determine the type of experience they may have. With that said, I'll provide my review of Premier Property Management: I have been a renter for over a year and a half. My family and I had few options available when we were looking for properties to rent and settled on this one due to the size of the home and price. Our initial thought on the house was that it seemed nice and somewhat kept up, albeit a little dated. It wasn't until we did the initial walk through that I realized that the maintenance on the this home was not of high quality. Like I said before, we had few options, so we went with it. I will give them credit as to our initial move in as to some of the repairs that had to be made. This included some tile work in the master bathroom due to it being cracked, replacing a toilet tank, and repairing the sliding glass door to the backyard. The repairmen for the door had to be called multiple times due to them doing a poor job on the initial repair. Also, the refrigerator had a large crack on the bottom shelf making it virtually useless. Luckily, I was moving a refrigerator from my old home and used it instead. Within a few weeks of moving in, the beat up dryer that they placed in the home ended up dying. They called a repairman who came to fix it, but eventually ended up replacing the dryer with a new one. Next came a water leak that went from the master bathroom, through the walls, into the downstairs living room. When the plumbers came out, they found the shower head was broken off inside the wall and fixed it. Not without cutting a hole in the wall of the room behind it. Once the wall was repaired, someone was supposed to come paint over it but no one did. I ended up doing the painting. I might add that the repair of the leak took approximately a week, therefore leaving us without the shower for that amount of time. Approximately 6 months within moving into the home, we started having an ant problem. When I say ant problem, I don't mean a few here or there on the kitchen counter. We literally encountered trails of ants in every single room of the home including coming from the shower spout, under the carpet in the upstairs rooms, from under cabinets in bathrooms, the kitchen and the wet bar. I sprayed bug spray and called them to report it. They did send an exterminator for one time, though they were sure to tell me that any additional visits would be on my own dime, and then suggested that I buy bait traps at Home Depot to combat the problem. In my experience, ants coming from every room in the home is not an isolated problem that can be fixed with a few bait traps. We also had the microwave door handle break. This should have been expected as all of the appliances in the kitchen appear to be the original appliances from when the house was built in 1990. After reporting it, it took them over a week which included a visit by their repair person and me having to take several photos of the microwave and email them to get them to figure out that they had to replace the microwave and finally get a new one installed. Lastly, the dishwasher installed in the house does not actually wash the dishes. In Las Vegas, we have some of the hardest water I've ever seen. Therefore, it has a tendency to calcify within appliances that use it and aren't cleaned regularly. Obviously, the dishwasher has not been cleaned on a regular basis because every time we wash dishes, the plastics come out dirtier than before they went in. I called to have the dishwasher looked at. They sent a repairman that basically told us that since it turns on, fills with water and empties, that it works. He even said that it looked calcified and that we could try some of the cleaners, but that even those probably wouldn't work. Low and behold, I bought the cleaner from the store and the dishwasher doesn't even heat the water up hot enough to melt the seal and let it clean. So much for that option. Then, the timer stopped working which would make the dishwasher continue to run over and over. Again, we called and again they sent a repairman. They concluded that the part needed replacing, which cost them $375 plus the $60 service fee. Did I mention this was a 20+ year old dishwasher that didn't clean dishes in the first place? I would have taken the cheapest replacement they could have provided as it would do a better job. Premier relies heavily on their warranty company and if they won't approve the repair/replacement, good luck ever getting it done. I know they're a business and are trying to make money too, but at what point does the tenant get what they're paying for and promised in the lease? read more

Did not have much understanding when I went unemployed, and did not allow me to do a "walk around" with them when I was forced to move. In the end they tacked on thousands of dollars of fees in a addition to a month's rent I was willing to pay. Fined me for a house I left in good condition with reasonable wear and tear. read more
