This was plainly written on the service form. When we picked up the boat, we did not look over the form until we were closer to the boat ramp. There was no indication that the gas had been drained so we called back and were told that they had tested the gas and it was fine. We did not really care about the test--we wanted the gas drained. This was the one specific thing we requested and the request was ignored. They said it saved us money--not the point. Not happy ---dissatisfied customer.

You could white-glove test the floor in this place and not find a solitary dust mote. The bathrooms (or the men's, at least...didn't hazard the ladies' room) are also spotless. Be aware that if you reserve a boat in advance and the weather is adverse on your rental day, you won't be taking the boat out onto the water. I defer to the staff on this, because they know better than occasional visitors how conditions are and can change on the lake.

We rented a super comfortable Bentley pontoon from them and were super happy with both quality and price. My complaint now is about Dion, the general manager. We bought a new boat from another company and they agreed to store. I went in and signed contract. THEN Dion gets involved and basically makes up reasons he cannot store the boat- long story short- his reasons were not valid. We confirmed and even had boat evaluated by Godfrey dealer. It appeared that since we did not buy from him he would not store- regardless of definitive proof -even having Godfrey dealer on lake confirm safety of storing boat without special equipment and even after we signed contract. Dion said he spoke to Godfrey dealer, but we also spoke to Godfrey dealer and took the boat for evaluation to confirm safety.I am a person who believes in honesty and integrity, I am afraid Dion believes only in money. Someone is telling less than the truth and I assure you it isn't me.I am sure Singleton marina would not condone his behavior and treatment of a long time loyal customer.
