Aside from the 6 tails it contained 3 little tubs of butter, bibs, picking tools and wet wipes. Everything was soaking wet because the tails were defrosted. The delivery driver left the box on our 87 degree front porch in Florida and never took a few seconds to ring the doorbell despite the large lettering on the box that the contents were perishable and to keep refrigerated. Packing was totally inadequate to ship lobster tails. Never again.

He was very helpful but the electric mobility cart started running out of power, so I immediately headed to checkout. I highly suggest that this store upgrade their electric mobility carts for the handicapped shoppers. Besides that issue, the place looked clean and was very well lit and seemed to be properly staffed on a Sunday afternoon.

A couple of the reviews, they talked about bad customer service for being put on hold. For those of us who have worked in a restaurant, you know sometimes it gets busy, let me tell you these guys get SLAMMED around lunchtime as they're literally the best place to eat in town for miles. They are all complaining that the recipe has bee changed that there is less meat and it tastes as though bread has been replaced by some of the meat. The cream topping is no longer creamy which appears to have less eggs and more flour. We beg that you return to making your old recipe! It is so much easier to purchase what used to be a wonderful product which was just like home made instead of having to make it ourselves.
