Do not come here! They will have you waiting for your food, even after you placed an order ahead of time. The black lady that works the front desk is very rude and does not know proper customer service, unless you address and speak to her first she will NOT acknowledge you while you wait on the line. She will tend to her computer screen and not even address you that she will be right with you. Mind you I also watched 8 people come in after wayyy after me and they got their food right away, I understand things happen and business gets busy that's not my issue, my issue is the lack of communication and common courtesy. Thoroughly and consistently mediocre. I ordered a beef stir fry lunch special today and most of the beef was inedible. The prep cook had not trimmed the fat off of it. Mouthfeel of all that fat was revolting. Almost every piece of protein in my dish had a bunch of fat clinging to it. Maybe they don't mind that in China, but I have never encountered food prep done that poorly at a Chinese restaurant here in the US. Location is tucked away and I feel as though I found a little hidden treasure. Visited the location on a mid-day Saturday. Food was ordered and came out correct and quickly for our entire family. Some restaurants give two kinds of carbs, lo mein and fried rice so I figured this is one of those places. There was no fried rice. I wasn't sure if the order choice was incorrect with the system or they simply forgot. I ordered the chicken and rice soup, the bbq spare ribs and a veggie spring roll. The spare ribs were so over cooked that I had to add my own sauce, and there was maybe 3 bites of meat on each because it was so shriveled and tough. Door Dash merely delivers the food but they package it up. I've stopped ordering from here since they forget items that we've paid for.
