Tom arrived to perform the install and was on time as well. However I was delayed 5 minutes due to me leaving my office a little later than expected. Tom walked over the house with me to confirm what he was installing. He was very careful in his work and had plastic laid out to catch any debris that may fall while drilling and tapping. He also walked around with shoe coverings and vacuum to pick up whatever else he may have missed the first time. It was refreshing to see such care and consideration for my home.
