Mike is super competent, responsible, and punctual. Then we had a situation with our broken intercom system. I posted on next-door looking for help. Seth immediately messaged that he could help me. He took it on as a personal project to search out this intercom system (which was no longer made), get it sourced and sent to him, and Mike installed it, and yes it worked the first time around! When I walked in the house Christmas music was playing in all the rooms on the intercom system! He could have tried to do a major upsell but instead he tried to do exactly what I wanted which was repair what I had. If things work I don't want to replace them, I want to repair them. Seth gave me constant updates on the project, and was always courteous, charming, and considerate. I would highly recommend Island Security to anyone. Not only for security but for various other projects too. They are so capable and get the job DONE!

I have an older Foxinternet.com account which is an assign of Isomedia. My credit card is charged…read moreevery month by Isomedia. Just recently it seems that all spam and security blockers have been turned off. So due to the flood of spam, phishing and general fraud Emails in my box every day. I went to close the account but I am unable to do so because the Isomedia web page gives me no option to do so. The older Foxinternet web page seems to be nonfunctional even though the site comes up. The old telephone number given to contact Foxinternet is literally a joke. Foxinternet uses the older much less secure POP protocol and so the passwords are not secure. My user name and passwords for Foxinternet don't work on the Isomedia page. No option is given to access any member information I could potentially use to close my account. I have sent several Emails to them VIA Foxinternet and they don't bounce yet I have not had any reply whatsoever from Foxinternet or Isomedia. I have waited on hold upwards to 30 min (before I hang up) no matter which customer option I use. Isomedia has been of no help or service whatsoever and the only thing they seem to do well is to bill my CC every month. Where are they? If I were you I would not do business with them and avoid the trap I'm in.

I was charged for the service. Then the system devolved until I had to disconnect half of the alarms because they continually beeped, even with brand new batteries. I called for service, and a technician came out and "solved" the problem. Except that the problem was not solved. I have called the phone number on the bill and have repeatedly gotten the message that there was nobody to take the call. Not "nobody available", "representatives are busy" - just nobody to take the call. was this business taken over by scam artists?

I got no response from a request to move them so I did it myself. You can buy these things at Home Depot. Guidance from on line is very clear. The instruction manual by Johnson Controls is one size fits all and had 12 pages that were not applicable so a bit confusing. They have bern removed. Smoke detectors: Tec. info was not provided until I asked for it. Was told a "heat" detector would be placed just outside the kitchen so smoke from cooking would not set it off. WRONG.They installed a a standard smoke detector that alarmed the first time we fried a fish. That got replaced with a heat unit. The App: The console lists all sensors as it should. The App lists only non burglary sensors but includes one of two gas sensors. Why? Still waiting for an answer. All this in two months. I'm surprised they are still in business. Wish I could get my money back. The key box: Made in China and instructions writter by a Chinese person who spent 10 mins. in the US. I rewrote the whole thing in correct English and gave it to the salesman. ARRG.

First, he did trouble shooting on internal phone wiring problem (static, dropped calls) that Comcast refused to deal with. He checked all the wiring and devices and found the problem (bad wires) and fixed it. Has been working great since then. Given how well he did with the wiring issue, I asked Jhonata to tackle problems I was having with home WiFi. Some computers and printers/scanners were not being "recognized" on WiFi or were inconsistent. This was driving me nuts and made the WiFi next to useless for file sharing and printing. Jhonata did a deep dive on my systems and connections, even taking one computer to the B11 lab for analysis, scrubbing, and reinstallation of files and apps. He did not quit until he had diagnosed and resolved all the problems. He ended up installing a new mesh router and some new high-speed cables, and removing Norton 360, which was the source of many of the blocking issues. The computers, printers/scanners, and WiFi are working great, now. And the speed of the system is amazing. I cannot recommend B11 Tech Solutions enough. Jhonata is deeply knowledgeable about technology and just loves it. He pursues a problem until he finds a solution, no matter how complex. He is easy to work with and communicates clearly some pretty technical stuff. He included a description of the problems and solutions with the final invoice. Superb service!

Honestly I was very please with cost and quality of the alarms.Compare and you'll see these guys are cheaper than ADT.
