The price was very reasonable for our small organization. Christina's team took my ideas further than I thought possible. They were also responsive to emails and phone calls which was great when deadlines were coming close. There were a few communication issues. It could be because most of the dialogue was done via email. But sometimes it did seem that my emails were not read in entirely.

This review could be so long but I'll hit the key points. Working with Christina was not pleasant…read moreone bit. First of all, you have to pay her in full upfront. She outsources everything to people in India. So once you've paid, you're not high on her priority list. The amount of mistakes on our website after it went live, was unreal. Trying to get them corrected was a nightmare and was told there are steps to it and the ATTITUDE omg. I've literally never worked with someone so difficult. Everything was met with an excuse or it's not in her scope. She scolded me for sending her an email over the weekend by calling my phone (on a Sunday) 3x in a row until I answered (I was doing yard work). Our time difference is 3 hours (me ahead) and she never prioritized her requests in a timely manner, always expecting me to work at 7 or 8pm. The kicker is after our site went live and there were SO many mistakes, it took 4 weeks of 'steps' to correct them. The final step was 'testing'. Once this step was finished she emailed me saying it was done and her work was concluded. Not hey, we've finished, check it out and let us know. There we're still a few things she did not fix. When I asked her about them, she went silent. No response. Shouldn't this all have been tested PRIOR to going live? She also worked on a few other projects with some colleagues that I had no involvement in and they all had major problems as well. I could go on and on about this but there's only so much space. The company we ended up having to hire to fix her mistakes even knew who she was and said she is awful. I DO NOT recommend this CO. I can't wait to read her snarky response to this review bc that is how she handles everything.
