So, I really had no choice. After the lesson I realized that I had a new opportunity to do things with my wife that are fun, exercise, and kind of romantic. When you're looking your spouse eye to eye, that's great! So, we signed up for a full course and it's been great. We've learned how to 2-Step, Rumba, Fox Trot, Swing, and Cha Cha so far. I never thought I'd enjoy it so much. And how cool is it that if we go to some event now where there is dancing, we can look pretty good on the dance floor (not just do the old middle school slow dance back-n-forth). Erin Jane has been an incredible teacher. She has this bubbling personality that even makes my mistakes sound good. She is encouraging and yet willing to give us the eye when we slip up. My wife and I absolutely love her. Honestly, everyone there has been fantastic. I can't wait to learn new steps...We'll be tackling the Waltz pretty soon... They all left, my daughters soon after went in. Not a single person said hello, or introduced themselves to me or to them. I took a seat to watch my daughters dance in what very few chairs they had (and I was THE ONLY parent sitting as there was only one other child in the class besides my daughters). I was immediately approached by a man and told I had to leave because parents were not allowed to stay but that I could get a "zoom link." Again, not a single introduction as to whom he was, no inquiry about who I was, no other words other than "you need to leave." I told him I would. I grabbed my kids, and left, asked for my money back, and never looked back. The only person that cared to ask why we were leaving was the dance teacher. If you people are under the impression that 1) you're doing someone a favor and preventing Covid by kicking ONE parent (which is a vaccinated Covid nurse by the way) out and keeping MULTIPLE others IN the ACTUAL studio just prior to my kids being in there WITHOUT masks, you're absolute fools and 2) leaving two young females with some RANDOM dude (owner or not) who did NOT even introduce himself to me and treated me with nothing but RUDENESS and DISRESPECT and amongst people I've never met in my life....you are really something with some type of audacity. Don't even get me started on getting my refund for my hundreds of dollars. It only took like 4 weeks to get my money back, but I did. It's clear they don't need more business. Never again. I literally went that same day to a place we love and are appreciated at as customers, dancers, humans, and most importantly as parents. Didn't have a single issue. Not about masks, costs, seating arrangements, phone calls (every call is answered right off the bat), introductions, teachers, NOTHING.

The schedule is varied so I can fit in trainings and and open mats for both types of BJJ. The men are extremely kind and helpful at coed classes as well as open mats. I never feel in jeopardy but get a good workout while feeling safe and respected. I also enjoy the classes with women of various ages. We have fun but get great training. Very supportive for competition training as well as for hobbyists.
