I purchased my first bike a year ago at Fort Thunder and learned to ride on it, which was a 03 super glide with the 88, I loved that bike but I wanted more power, and also more comfortable handling and suspension. I walked back into Harley two weeks ago and had no idea what I wanted, after looking around I met Dylan. A few minutes of chatting, and I knew right away this guy knew his bikes, down to the motors, suspension, handling, and the cons and positives of what brand fit best with my style of riding. He seemed like genuinely cared in making sure I got what bike fit me best, regardless of the price tag. Never pressured me once towards more expensive bikes. That itself, put him apart from the typical dealerships you go to, and I enjoyed shopping for one a hell of a lot better . He had no idea if I was gonna buy a bike, but took his time , and shared his knowledge in helping me regardless if I walked away from it or not, All he cared about was that i walked away as happy as I can be when I got one. Fort thunder is awesome, yes, it's a business, they got to make money, it's not all bells and whistles and you walk away with a Harley for cheap, it's not gonna happen, but you will feel like your family there, everyone's positive, friendly, and will shoot the shit with you, hell I can't even get that at my house. bought a bike on a Monday ( the 28). was told it would be shipped in 3 days, checked on it on Tuesday (The 29) and it was still on sales floor. pipes supposed to be put on but they had not done it. son checked on it on Friday ( the )1. still not shipped. he made sure for them to know to send old pipes back to us. called on Monday (the 4) and bike was still on sales floor. I got mad and told them to ship This bike and remember THE old pipes. I called back a hour later and was told that after looking for a week they finally found someone to bring the bike and the old pipes. on Wednesday (the 6) bike was delivered. it did not crank. battery was dead, driver went to Harley dealer and installed another battery.driver told me he had just got the call for him to deliver 2 days earlier. he had no old pipes to bring they had not given him any he got bike straight from sales floor. I called and was told they ship the pipes by mail. two and a half weeks (THE 13) after buying it I get a call from the dealer and was informed that they never installed the new pipes, I am on and off on the phone that day for 4 hours till the service manager agrees to pay another dealer the money to install the pipes. who was delivered by mail the same day they started to call me. so I wasted my Saturday (the 20) to get the pipes installed.. 5 starts are not enough for this dealership. I travel America for work and always take my bike with me. So I get to experience lots of H-D dealers. This is top notch from sales, service and most importantly Tammy in parts. She knows her stuff and is able to guide to what you need without trying to up sell. She helped me from start to finish on a stage 4 kit and I couldn't be happier. I've been there several times over the last month and even the salesmen don't get pushy. When there was a small hiccup on the build I got a call from the GM apologizing. They found some warranty work and was able to only delay the finish by 2 days. I bought a 2022 Trike from Fort Thunder Harley Davidson on 03/31/2022. My sales person was (Morgan) and she was the best. It was the best experience at this location, I have had these folks are very nice. Morgan my sales associate helped me find the right bike for me, and answer all my questions and concerns I had on the bike. If I buy another bike it will be here. Beware of buying from Fort Thunder Harley in Moore, OK. I purchased a used trike from them over two months ago. They have not been able to get a clear title so ownership can be transferred to me and so I can not get it tagged. And they cannot issue another temporary tag so it has to just sit in the garage! Every time I call, the response is I will get the title next week. Next week never gets here. read more
