The sheer amount of inventory on this property is amazing. It was easy to get to and parking was plentiful. The cashier was so friendly and talkative. I walked in shortly after opening in need of a new seat and two tires. As I walked through the store on the way to the parts counter several employees made I contact yet never acknowledged me. No greeting, nothing. So I stand at the parts counter waiting for three gentlemen to finish conversation ,one parts guy walks past me to grab something off a shelf next to me and again , no greeting , no excuse me ,or I'll be with you in a minute. So I stand there another fifteen minutes when I realize they're just employees bullshitting. No customer in sight but me. Totally ignored. I left after I realized this ,NEVER TO RETURN ! Today i attempted to purchase a 2017 Night Rod in stock from Fort Thunder Harley Davidson.The dealership refused to sell me the bike because I live out of state (Washington) Makes absolutely no sense to me.The general sales manager says that i must be there in person to sign documentation.They will not FedEx paperwork to me to sign even if i go to a notary or a local Harley franchise to complete the documents.Makes absolutely no sense in this day and age. Lost a cash sale that would have been simple and easy.I didn't ask for a discount or anything at all simply wanting to buy the bike and i would have a transport company bring it to me. My husband and I went into Fort Thunder, found a used bike we were interested in, and filled out a mountain of paperwork just to take it for a test ride. 3 1/2 hours later we were ready to make the deal just to find out that they are adding an extra $1800.00 to the price for "fees"! We unfortunately stayed another 30 minutes while the sales manager was seeing what he could do. So, after 4 hours of being there, we were told that they could knock off $793.00! I was have check engine codes on my bike, turned out it was a fan problem. The mechanic said they would have to order parts , it should take about 10 day MOL. Since it was during thanksgiving I figured maybe longer and it was, but they had my repair done in about 2 weeks. All in all great service read more

I originally thought this place was an outstanding dealership that took pride in caring for its customers. Purchased two bikes in less than a year from here. Have a life change where I need to sell my bike due to a move overseas. For the bike I purchased, I was charged $44,000.00 for a limited edition Tri-GLide less than a year ago, it has less than 400 miles on it, and I was offered $29000.00 for it. They said they might give a little more if I traded it in. You have lost my business, and Harley has lost my business because this tells me a few different realities. # 1. Knowing I am a disabled veteran, You blatantly Ripped me off and overcharged me for your product and # 2. Harley Davidson Motorcycles are SHIT, and they do not hold ANY VALUE. Of course, you all know that they would charge any of you around 38-40,000 for this bike if I had sold it to them. I understand how business works and have no problem with you making money off me. I don't expect anything for free or given to me, but I do not like to be taken advantage of and essentially ripped off. Highly regret doing business there. Bike was there two plus weeks.. parts I asked for were not installed but rather something else Id never seen. Asked for a minor courtesy but that didnt happen. I also ordered a timer cover that came in and emailed/texted service TWICE that it was in and could they grab and install? That didnt happen eiither- $2600+ later.. DO NOT buy from this place. I went to get a 2018 Heritage Classic. It had 19000 miles & nothing extra. They won't let me test ride till approved credit. One credit approved, they never offered test ride. Offered me only $500 for my Suzuki. Then finance guy totally dismissed the $500 off offer from the sales guy & pushing hard to sell the worthless warranty. What's really messed up is he offered me 12.5% APR ,from Harley's bank. I then went to Harley Davidson World on Reno & Rockwell. They hooked me up with 115th anniversary edition Heritage Classic with only 2000 miles, Vans & Hines exhaust, crash guard, free shirts & 7% APR from the same bank the fort thunder pulled my credit from. I bought a Harley elsewhere and they let me use their lift to unload it from my truck bed. They also did a once over noticing my battery was shot. They took it apart and fixed the problem within minutes. Everyone was helpful and easy to communicate with. I'll be going there for all of my appointments and gear. read more

Took my bike in for service to put on a couple parts and they took over 2 weeks to put on the parts. During the sale they snuck in items I didn't notice till later. Also the parts people ordered all the wrong parts in the first place so I had to wait for them to order the correct ones. Worst Harley experience yet. I had a flat tire on the side of the road, had to do self removal and self installation. I called the service department to ask an approximate belt tension, and the guy in the service department refused to tell me. He claimed it "Took money out of their pockets." I asked to speak to the service manager, but he would not get on the phone. I called them at a time in a jam, and they wouldn't even help me. I have made several purchases from this dealership (which always seems to have a glitch as well), so it's not like i haven't given this dealership plenty of my money in the past. I moved to Oklahoma from California, and I have been to plenty of Harley dealers, and have never been refused a simple question. If I could have looked this info up on the internet, I would have. I recently had a poor and disturbing experience here. I was quoted 5 thousand over msrp and when I didn't want to buy it they stated they would sell it anyways. This is fine but then proceeded to tell me that they will wait for other smaller dealers to run out of inventory. I then turned to other dealers. In fact my dealer attempted to trade there and Harley world for a specific bike. Much cheaper and both declined. One of which owed the dealer a bike. I have spent money for parts locally and gear through fort thunder but won't be anymore. Luckily a store out of Stillwater is having Harley build the bike and selling it to me at a fair price. I bought a 2017 Breakout in 2017. As I pay on the bike I notice that the amount owed seems to not be going down a whole lot. I'm almost 4 years of having the bike, I go to look at my contract with all the papers that they gave me. Guess what the contract is not in the envelope where the rest of the papers are. So I call HD Financial and ask a few questions. 1. What do you show the original price of the bike? 2. Do you show that I traded in 2 motorcycles? How many months do you show that I finance this bike for? So they couldn't tell me if I traded in 2 bikes, just an amount of the trade ins. They also told me that I financed the bike for 7 years, which was not true. I wouldn't even finance a car for that long. So I ask her to send me a copy of the original contract. They sent me a copy of something, but it was not the original contract. Not only that, but everything was digitally signed, even though we signed the contract in person. Also my husband's name was digitally misspelled. AND.... the finance charges had been changed to 22%. Which made the finance charges more than the cost of the bike. Which made the end cost of the bike double. I have been bent over with no KY Jelly by Fort Thunder Harley Davidson. read more

I bought a 2018 Ultra from these guys August 1 2019. A total of 3 hrs from when I walked until I rode away on my Ultra. One of the most painless vehicle purchases I've experienced in a lotta years. Had a little issue with the voltage regulator. The guys (Garret) in the service department called me by my first name when I brought it in. Mike in parts knows his business. I bought some saddlebag and your pack liners. I'm stopped in. They really do make ya feel like you're dealing with friends here. I do recommend you do the same. read more

Bought a bike two months ago tomorrow and still have not received the title. I thought it was illegal to sell something that does not belong to you? They purchased the bike from the HD dealership in Kansas and state that it was that dealership that held up the process. Fair enough, but selling something that is not titled to you is still against the law. The day I bought the bike, the salesman stated that they were going to order a key. FIVE calls later and five lies later and they finally ordered the key. It took a month and a half just to get the key. While they gave me a fair price on the bike, they have my $5,000 down payment, and I have now made two monthly payments for a bike that I cannot prove to be mine. I recommend asking to see the title prior to giving them a dime. In hindsight, I should have done that, but who would have thought that a dealership would take a customers money and not already have the bike titled in their name? I call daily to inquire about the title, and the lady in accounting is obviously tired of talking to me. Well, it is not my fault that you sold a bike that did not belong to you. Produce a title and you will never hear from me again. I had to take the bike back in after just a couple of days of purchase because it was running rich. They had the bike for a week. They didn't charge me anything, but I guess that is why they kept it for so long. They say the title will be here tomorrow....every time I speak with them. Next step is a complaint with the Oklahoma used vehicle commission, whether I get a title or not. read more

I purchased my bike back in July of 2020, first bike I've ever owned the sales manager was a little pushy and told me he would take $500 off the price for taking the MSF course as a new ride discount later on I found out that they did not, it's my bad for not verifying before signing and trusting them to be a person of their word it was a learning opportunity. However I've had my bike serviced here twice and have purchased parts from them. The parts staff is great and helpful, the clothing department is also swell and friendly people, as well as the service center just watch yourself with the sales people. They'll say one thing do another and are a little pushy, only reason I rang it a 3 is because the service center and parts, I've ordered paint and bars, they always ask of I need anything when just walking around waiting on my bike and the service center has always been fairly quick. I'll say this, my next bike purchase probably won't be here. Can't trust the sales people to stick to their word on a deal. read more

I just had my 15,000 mile service today. It only took 4 hours and I did not get the bike wash. When I called in to get an appointment, I was told the service will take approximately 2 hours. Two problems with the service; first they did not do perform all of the services that I asked for. I guess I am lucky they did not perform the additional item or I would have been there for days. The second problem was no one gave me any status on the service during the 4 hours. You would think that I spent over $350 that they would give me a status every hour. They did come and ask if I wanted all of the brake fluid changed. They said that would take at least an hour. I did not have any more time to wait. If you use this service department, plan on leave your bike all day for a simple oil change. I will try and find another place before my 20,000 mile service read more

Also threw in that it was black Friday so there was "even more traffic". Never had a bait and switch done like this. Don't think this was the salesman doing it, this came straight from the GM. Been looking at a new bike, they sent me pics of a new hard loaded FLHX and the price. I was very interested so I headed their way (I live 100 miles away). I came to an agreement with the sale guy and he filled out the paper with all the numbers and terms and I signed it. Not until I'm in with the finance guy signing the loan papers, I see the financed amount...it's $7000 more! It didn't matter that I had their text messages, pics, and price on my phone. They said the GM couldn't sell it for that price. Then they showed me a stripped down model and added on huge fees. I couldn't get out of there quick enough. Never going back. read more

Absolutely awful experience. First off the price they advertise online isn't what they try to sell the bike for. Then they advertise financing options on used bikes that are only good for new bikes. They tried to sell me a bike at 10.85% interest when I qualified for 4.55%. I had to do the finance guys job to get my self the right interest rate. After I buy the bike they don't have the keys to the bike. After I drive it for less then 10 minutes it has oil all over the side of the bike and covered my jeans. I let the sales manager know and the salesman I was working with. The refuse to reimburse me for the damages to my jeans and boots. After I posted on Facebook about this issue I had several others tell me they've had the same experiences with this dealership. read more

I actually purchased my bike here. Great customer service. They also host a lot of events that are fun to go hang out at. Thursday Bike Nights and pancake breakfast Saturdays. My wife really enjoys shopping for clothes there and of course I love looking at the bikes. They are also very active on facebook. Only downside is price but anything Harley is expensive! read more

And 1000bucks for one oil change in 3 yrs .only having 5811 after they told me last fall it didnt need a change after, 6000 miles lot's of money for a lotta nothing. Went there today with my buddy who was interested in a Dyna Low Rider. Asked to get a trade in value on his trade in. The finance guy Nick came over and was pushy as hell. Wanted all sorts of info. Had to tell him 7 times that he just wanted a trade in value on his bike. He kept pushing for more info on trying to put him on the bike today. I was dumb founded. Heard nothing but bad things about this dealer. Will never buy anything from here. I would rather drive across town to a more relaxed atmosphere. And another thing to mention is the high turnover rate with sales men. They don't stay long. Terrible place to do business with. read more

Fort Thunder Harley Davidson in Moore, OK purposely sabotaged my father's motorcycle today. We took the bike in because the check engine light was on. Bike was operating fine, just wanted to find out why the light was on. The tech said the light was just a security error they just needed to wipe the memory. While waiting for the bike the tech comes back to us and said the wiring harness was pinched by the handle bar controls and that they needed to install a new harness, costing approx $1,000 to install new harness. Of course dad said no just bring me the bike it's fine. So after 30 minutes of bull shit they finally bring the bike around and dad gets on it & we leave. Less than 300 ft. Down the road dad's gauges go blank. No speedometer, fuel gauge, rpms, alternator, radio, nothing. Furious, we kept riding towards dad's house only to break down 3 miles from the harley shop. After looking at the wiring harness the tech had purposely ran the harness through a c clamp that holds the break and clutch handles to the handlebars. Naturally it broke the wires and shorted out causing the breakdown. After a hour and a half broke down on the highway, dad managed to splice the wires back together temporarily to get home. He still has to properly repair the bike tonight. Fort Thunder lost two returning customers today and I hope to spread this message around warning everyone about their shady ways. read more
