Family and kids alike can swim altogether in this pool because of its depth variations. The layout of it is somewhat like a beach type thing ( i don't know how else to explain it..lol) where you start off with ankle depth then it goes on deeper as you go farther in. There are also a lot of lounge chairs and adirondack ones and also a shaded area where you can bring in your food and have a little picnic with your family. Vending machines are also in this shaded area so you can grab your snacks and drinks while you rest from all those pool fun. Lifeguards are very attentive and they surround the whole pool perimeter so that's a plus for me since a lot of kids tend to get rowdy when they're having fun.

The staff are super-friendly and helpful. I always had at least one question for them every time I came in for one of my classes. The instructors were very good, and I got the impression that the lessons are reasonably standardized, so no matter who you have teaching that class you get similar instruction. I took several of the classes twice so I can vouch for that. The level of play here in general is quite high, and I had difficulty finding other beginners to play and practice with. I thought that was a bit ironic given their great Starter series! Ultimately I decided on another club that had better organization for beginner play. Perhaps when I get good enough at the sport I'll revisit my choice and come back to Ace!

There are (six or seven?) indoor bays equipped with Trackman, a putting area, and an overall vibe that just makes you want to stay awhile. The Trackman software is awesome for dialing in your game and getting real feedback on your swings. I also had the chance to meet a couple of the owners, and they couldn't have been nicer. Great guys who are building something special, and it's exactly the kind of local business we should be supporting. The bar selection is excellent, and I love that they even allow outside food if you want to bring something in while you're there. Whether you're serious about improving your game or just want a fun place to grab a drink and hit some balls with friends, this place checks every box. Overall, it's a 10 out of 10.
