They claim because it's a digital entry facility your items are more protected. But what are you supposed to do when it's management you need protection from. It trued to pay for my unit they locked me out of the website to make the payment. After they took over I was unable to see who entered and exited my unit or the gate. Just all of a sudden I was unable to see any activity when it came to my unit. I bluffed them when they were auctioning my unit off because I knew they were crook's. The day of the auction I sent a receipt of payment that wasn't real in hope I could give myself more time to stop them from their illegal actions. I was on the phone with them miniturs before the auction was to take place they confirmed they got the receipt and told me my unit wasn't going to be auctioned off. I made them confirm this via Email they still auctioned my unit off as I knew they would. So when I called a few days later I got the response I knew I would get they auctioned off my unit. Then attacked me about the receipt. I then told them if they knew it was fraudulant when hadn't they contacted law enforcement about it. But we both already knew they had long before the auction taken my unit. I was unable to find my unit anywhere on any storage auction site. Knew exactly what happened like the thieves they are they stole my unit took what they wanted and auctioned off the rest. This is how they operate. Do not use this facility your unit will unlawfully be entered by these individuals and they have the power to manipulate their own security system so that you won't even know they entered your unit.

I'm sure lot's of people got behind in one way or another... We offered to come make a payment on the account that day, and the rep told my mother the owner was out of town, and she would get back to us about the amount due. The next correspondence we get is from the owner telling us we've been locked out and the storage unit will be auctioned off.. Excuse me? We still have no idea what balance is due.. What kind of response is this for an owner to give a customer IN ANY type of business? I'll be contacting them myself, paying the balance due, getting our belongings out of there and spreading the word about their horrible customer service! I believe the employees name is Cheyenne, and even though I was having a rough day, she made me laugh and just brightened up my WHOLE DAY. We need more people like her around in the world !!! I asked her the reason she hadn't retired yet and she told me she had the "perfect" job, being her own boss, the only one there... so would never leave. She was so nice and complimented me on my antique 1890's gold slide chain I was wearing when I checked in. She exclaimed she loves antique jewelry. I couldn't help but notice she had small feet(MY size) and commented she has small feet for a tall woman, and she agreed. I was renting for several months but just placed my most expensive items in storage for the 2 weeks I was going on vacation. When I was ready to move out of my unit, the only missing items in storage were my most expensive collections which she hauled away in the 2 large bags they were in. In addition my LV wallet with $300 and my driver's license was also included inside the jewelry bag. From when I moved out In less than 3 WEEKS she retired!! She could easily retire with what was stolen. Better than robbing a bank. I actually wrote her letting her know I was offering a substantial reward but received no response to my letter. DO NOT trust any valuables in this or any storage unit and do not rent a unit here where you cannot use your own lock. Every day I have PTSD over this major lifetime loss. It was a good find, we are visiting the area and had such a nice time walking around. They had snacks, food, drinks, used items, new items, they resell some bigger brand items. We got rolled icecream and we loved it flavor was so good, staff was kind 8$. We got a a milkshake with something called chocomil also good but super big for 8$ different vendor still kind. We of course got a bunch of different squishies they varied in price from 5$ to 15$. We supported some local vendors who were selling fruit, who sold perfumes/colognes. I really love trying home based sellers I feel like they work hard trying to do something they love. We were there for a few hours and still didnt get to see it all, mind you we did have a toddler. We did not use restrooms there but I did see some porta pottys. We had some food there too but it wasnt great I asked for specifics on what i didnt want on my meal and they still added it to my food but that was the most dissapointing thing that happened but still 5 stars! Great finds even the cutest little spiderman hat, some people do have tap and others have zelle but not garunteed at every business I did have cash so only asked vendors when i ran out of cash. They have good vegetable and fruit produce for sale and fun food options (my husband loved the BBQ ribs). It was $25 for a combo plate but they gave him a lot of food. We bought some large avocados, 3 for $5. We also bought some mini bananas, apricots, and fried pork rinds. I found some cute Hello Kitty items to use as gifts and some glittery heart shaped earrings for $5. This swap meet has vendors selling retail items originating from China or Mexico. Items such as clothing, jewelry, toys, and toiletries. There are also second hand vendors selling used household items and tools. There are not vendors selling handmade crafts like at a farmers market. It costs $4 to park and it was a zoo trying to find a spot. We lucked out and found a space in the handicapped parking. My only complaint is the client restroom at exterior of the main office was locked early, before the gate closing time. As an older female, that made it very inconvenient to have to leave the property, drive home then come back. Please post hours that restroom is open so I can better plan my visit periods.
