I explained I have never had to do that at any other Flying J location. She then said you can go to the Pilot across the street in a rude tone. I grabbed my card and did just that. This occurred on 12/26 around 4 pm. You don't treat people that way or send them away. Ask a few questions and find out why there may be a problem. Good customer service breeds repeat customers
