The customer service at the Membership Services desk was the worst we've encountered at any Costco. The employees we interacted with were unhelpful, lacked knowledge of Costco's policies and procedures, and did not handle our issue professionally. As long-time members, we expect a higher level of service. I recently visited on a beautiful Saturday afternoon and needless to say, it was BUSY and the parking lots were pretty full. I did appreciate seeing so many locals out with kids and pets enjoying the weather, creating community, and supporting the local economy.
