I was told it was a one owner car, found out I was the fourth. Had the car detailed three times to try and remove the bits from the disintegrating seats. Finally had to stop driving the vehicle due to the mold. When I tried to get them to look at the vehicle they said sorry as is...deal with it. The guy lied four times during a five minute conversation first saying they bought the car at auction then saying they bought it from a repeat client, then saying it came from Georgia where clearly on the car fax it was from Tennessee which happened to be a flood city throughout 2019. IQAutos posts very clear photos of their inventory for clear transparency of what you are buying, especially for their huge Tesla inventory. They know what photos to display in their listings so you don't have to ask too many questions (Car computer version/actual current range). They make it extremely simple and easy to purchase a vehicle compared to the normal dealerships that play haggling games with you trying to squeeze every possible dollar out of you. They have many years of experience and it definitely shows with how they adapted to today's average consumer. Shout out to Tony who was very responsive and knowledgeable of Tesla's throughout the entire transaction. If I ever purchase another Tesla, it will likely be from them. Got a great car at a fair price. They offer quality cars and are very selective in their picking. We got a 2014 4 Runner and all we had to do immediately was the brakes.
