My husband and I were very upset at the prospect of starting with a new doctor however when we met Dr Aldrich we were extremely happy because he has the same type of personality as our previous doctor. What I love about him the most is he doesn't make you feel uncomfortable or scared, he tries to look at the symptoms and take the easiest treatment to see if it works. He is always available, very compassionate and easy to talk to. My husband is a difficult patient, but Dr Aldrich knows exactly how to deal with him. If you want a Doctor Who has that small town bedside manner with years of experience then this is the doctor for you. His nurse Paula is incredible and always available if you have a problem. During this Covid crisis we did several telehealth Zoom appointment and it went very well. I have never had the care I have received with him. I will be moving out of state soon and giving up Dr. B is one of the hardest things I will be doing. His office staff is wonderful, with other doctors you call to ask a question, and you never get to who you need to speak to. Dr. B's staff always makes sure you are taken care of. Problems with insurance, or pharmacies they are always helpful and making sure it is all taken care of. If you are looking for a new doctor, I can not give a better rating.

In 2010 I was named Guardian of a brother and sister that had been warehoused in a Skilled Nursing Facility, but should not have been there. I moved them to an Assisted Living Facility in Carson City and they forced me to choose a Doctor for them. I was given two choices and I picked well as I hired Dr. Robert Fliegler. Dr. Fliegler cared for them, but worked with me devising a plan to move the "Wards" home with 24 hour care. The quality of life and improvement of their cognitive abilities were dumb founding and a major credit must go to Dr. Fliegler in encouraging the move, training of staff, and making regular visits including coming to all parties so he could see how my "Wards" were really doing. The family, the staff, and especially me can't compliment Dr. Fliegler enough for his care. I then hired Dr. Fliegler to be my physician after a major medical issue. I still use Dr. Fliegler even though I live 500 miles from him as he is just a text or phone call away. Dr. Fliegler has seen me through so much and now I am the healthiest I have been in the last 25 years. I have been with Dr. Fliegler since 2010. After Dr. Fliegler helped me, I hired him to take care of my wife who had just gone through cancer surgery and had a stroke during the surgery. I said it at her memorial and I say it here, that Dr. Fliegler added years of quality life to her in spite of indecision by her two oncologist that would have allowed her to pass the first year. The incredible part of Dr. Fliegler is that the specialist look upon him as their equal, their resource, and he is always part of the conversation whether it be cancer, renal failure, heart issues, or whatever.

You don't feel like just a number in a waiting room that's for sure. Each time I visit the Doctor I am greeted by his own family and/himself. Appointments are a breeze to make, without all the Corporate Medical Red Tape involved nowadays. When handling a medical emergency and/or diagnosis, Dr. Fliegler goes above and beyond to educate the patient along with their family so everyone understands what's happening. I once had an appointment, procedure, diagnosis and treatment plan all completed in less than 3 hours. Dr. Fliegler goes out of his way to get testing, scans and/or treatments done respectfully quick. I could never go back to waiting months to be seen and then feeling like a number on a board that doctors spend a few minutes on and then moving on to the next patient. Dr. Fliegler is my family physician and will be as long as possible. If you want a Doctor that listens, cares and has your best health and interests at heart, Dr. Fliegler is your Physician.
