My husband and I were very upset at the prospect of starting with a new doctor however when we met Dr Aldrich we were extremely happy because he has the same type of personality as our previous doctor. What I love about him the most is he doesn't make you feel uncomfortable or scared, he tries to look at the symptoms and take the easiest treatment to see if it works. He is always available, very compassionate and easy to talk to. My husband is a difficult patient, but Dr Aldrich knows exactly how to deal with him. If you want a Doctor Who has that small town bedside manner with years of experience then this is the doctor for you. His nurse Paula is incredible and always available if you have a problem. The waiting area is safe and comfortable. Plenty of room for people to wait. They have the procedures down to an art. Very organized and efficient. In and out within a reasonable amount of time. Follow up next day with phone call to make sure everything was ok. They only problem came with the lack of additional follow up in a reasonable amount of time.
