This is the worst doctors office. You can never get an appointment when your sick, they won't see…read moreyou for at least a week, if your lucky. But for some reason if another doctor calls in an appt. for you they can see you the next day. You'll sit in the waiting room forever, the doctors seem like they guess what's wrong with you. "I think it might be this. Try these and let me know how it goes." But the worst is the front office staff! They are always rude on the phone, it seems as if it is a bother to them that you are sick. Oh, and if you have a referral you need them to fax, forget about them doing it in a timely matter you will have to call repeatedly and then more than likely have to go down and do it yourself. There's one girl whom has her ego running the office, she is so busy acting like she can do everything that nothing gets done. I've had to go here for years due to insurance telling me which doctors I can see. I will no longer use this facility I'd rather drive to Carson or Reno. Or pay cash somewhere!
