We only had a short amount of time and had to worry through whole night that dress will hold up. Took video to show that it was broke, left voicemail with shop. Owner called Monday. Told me she recieved my voicemail and that that is not possible with that gown. Offered to pay for a new zipper (just the zipper, not the installation). I tried about 12 dresses and the last one I tried has a few snags and a small tear, but I though I could have it fixed, because I really liked it. When the owner saw me he walked up to me and said "that is not your size you are ripping it", I said "the rip was already there , but.." to which he responded "yea right". not only was this particular dress perfectly my size, but I have always been very careful when going shopping there, I don't wear make up when I try dresses, I don't try to force zippers, and I always follow the three at a time rule. His comment and demeanor were unnecessary and although I love the selection I will no longer be shopping there.
