He genuinely wanted to help me find the mattress that was best for me. Also they had a very nice selection that was organized in a way that you could tell one type of mattress from another. After shopping at the majority of mattress and furniture stores in Stillwater i choose to purchase from Mattress firm and i would do it again. Delivery was prompt and quick and the guys were very nice despite having to take the mattress up stairs. I am very happy with my new Beautyrest mattress and the service i received.

The sale was seamless and all of the staff were professional. I continued to shop at Marquis at other locations and found that to be their standard until I got to Shawnee Oklahoma. The manager was a bit abrasive and lacked professional courtesy. The young lady that assisted us was kind and delightful. I would recommend the Moore Oklahoma and Stillwater location - we will not return to the Shawnee location!! The manager told us about how great it would be to call and have the sofa refreshed after some months of use "it adds value to the purchase etc". We were like, great... paid for the add on. We recently called to set up an appointment for a cleaning and found out that is only for a spot clean... not the whole sofa at all. That was not what was sold to us in detail- such bull crap. Ugh. I won't be buying anything else from them.
