The manager was a bit abrasive and lacked professional courtesy. The young lady that assisted us was kind and delightful. The place is 3 stories tall with a couple dozen rooms packed from floor to ceiling. Not only is there no restroom here, there's none for blocks. You ask the staff and they just shrug at you.
