I was so impressed with Jamie--she did a beautiful cut. She was also attentive to his ears, for which I am grateful--they had not been plucked well at my just-before-moving appointment and she took care of it with an extra walk-in quicky. Now he's been groomed twice and I am SO SO PLEASED! Delighted to have found this great little salon. Love that you can find gems in the midst of a lot of costume jewelry, if you know what I mean . .

My Pomeranians have had their teeth cleaned and multiple visits regarding their knee, skin, and eye issues. Every visit Dr. Williams creates a treatment plan that gets them back to their healthy selves in no time. I can be very particular with my dogs & I feel so comfortable with this vet office that I drive from Enid just for my dogs to be under the care of Dr. Williams and the team at Trinity Veterinary Hospital! I told her it was a VERY bad grooming job. She was very sorry and offered to re-groom Charlie the following day. I met her on a Sunday (when they were actually closed) and she did a great job. I hope she sent the original groomer back to school! Lol!

I invited him to pay my vet bills but he clearly was disinclined to cooperate and I didn't pursue it. He was polite, but he simply refused to admit that he was at fault. Eventually I was able to locate another farrier who put her in "natural balance" shoes and she improved from that point. Though she is now sound to ride on grass, there does seem to be some permanent damage--separation at the toe on one foot.

He has never been anything but excellent with his farrier work. He even does corrective shoeing on two of our horses. No complaints here.
