The salon is absolutely fabulous -- beautiful space and such a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I walked in. Ryan, the owner, was incredibly warm and inviting, which really sets the tone. Stacy always gives the best shampoo and head massage (seriously unmatched!), and of course Tony knocked it out of the park with my blonde highlights and cut. He never disappoints! I called to see if any salon could take me on my off day from work for a reasonable price. I wanted a partial - full highlight with face framing balayage pieces. I have medium length hair that hasn't been properly colored or cut in months. The secretary, Lisa, was helpful and informative when booking my appointment for me. She fit me in to see Layla since she had a last minute cancellation. Long story short, Layla is extremely talented and cosmetology is clearly her passion. She gave me a full consolation and even asked me to pull my mask down a little bit so she could see my bone structure and skin tone. I've never had someone so thorough do my hair! She truly earned her 'Master Stylist' title. She was professional while also down to earth, she asked me what budget I would like to stick to. I told her around $150 for the full high-light if possible. In short, Layla completely transformed my hair. She worked quickly and was extremely thorough; She wanted it to be perfect for me. She even gave me a complimentary blow dry so she could see the results of the color. Although the price is higher than I've ever paid, I really got what I paid for. I'm from a smaller town so this was definitely a new experience for me. I feel like Layla was a perfect fit for me. She didn't make me feel like she was taking advantage of me or rushing me. This time walked our complete yellow blond . Terrible. People start comment that I need to change hair dresser. By now I spent over $3000 there . Hair looks cheap . This place might be ok for hair cut but they do not know how to do extensions and should not offer that service. When explained issue to owner and asked for money back he got very rude , condescending and aggressive .

It's easy to call same day and get a spot most of the time, and the cut includes conversation and a shampooing. This little shop seems to have great chairs and equipment, and there's always a few customers in there chirping away. Overall, the place has a nice positive energy to it. The only draw back would be the parking situation. In this little section of Towson you've got to pay to park during bankers hours. A few bucks here or there, not bad, but when the block is rocking it can be tough to find those paid spots. If you're looking for a competent, friendly, and positive experience for a mans haircut, please give Bliss a shot.

The seating is really comfortable, especially where it counts: under the dryers and washing bowls. The prices are on the expensive side but definitely worth it given the quality of product. I get a relaxer using their Phyto products. That combined with everything else the salon uses leaves my hair so soft and shiny. I've also gotten color done a couple of times and it always turns out great. Erin is the real reason I come to Corbin's. I moved to Virginia years ago but I drive back to Baltimore to get my hair done by her. She's so nice, funny and talented. I trust very few people in this world with my hair, and Erin is one of them.

I've been losing my hair rather rapidly over the past couple of years, and she works hard to cut and color it so as to minimize that dreaded look. Her cuts and color are superb and from what I've observed of the other (long-time) stylists, they also do a great job.
