They filled up a styrofoam container full of Frito corn chips, seasoned ground beef, cheese, lettuce, tomato, jalapeños and a huge scoop of sour cream. It was so big that I had to sit down to eat it. If a walking taco is so large that you must sit to consume it, does it cease to be a walking taco? This is an important question. The walking taco was very tasty, and I found myself eating it very fast because all of the elements were perfectly bite-sized and tasty. This is a scarfable meal. I also got a side of mac and cheese, because another reviewer said that it was delicious. And it was! I'm not sure which I liked better. I ate both at the same time. The person who took my order was so friendly and nice. He went above and beyond, and was probably the friendliest food truck person I've ever encountered! Good karma for that dude, for sure.
