I've seen Karma Kitchen food truck pop up at different outdoor events around town. I finally got to…read moretry it recently in Fletcher Place. For some reason, I thought it was a vegan food truck, but it's not! Which is fine by me because I eat everything. Maybe I thought that because it has the word "karma" in the name. Anyway, I ordered a walking taco, thinking it would be hand-sized, but the walking taco is huge! They filled up a styrofoam container full of Frito corn chips, seasoned ground beef, cheese, lettuce, tomato, jalapeños and a huge scoop of sour cream. It was so big that I had to sit down to eat it. If a walking taco is so large that you must sit to consume it, does it cease to be a walking taco? This is an important question. The walking taco was very tasty, and I found myself eating it very fast because all of the elements were perfectly bite-sized and tasty. This is a scarfable meal. I also got a side of mac and cheese, because another reviewer said that it was delicious. And it was! I'm not sure which I liked better. I ate both at the same time. The person who took my order was so friendly and nice. He went above and beyond, and was probably the friendliest food truck person I've ever encountered! Good karma for that dude, for sure.

We just paid $42 for 3 small sandwiches and one small walking taco. No sides or drinks were…read moreincluded in the order. Food is well below average and one of their employees in the food truck was not wearing a face mask. Nothing about our experience with them was positive or worth the money.

We keep passing this food truck in front of Carver's and finally stopped today. I think a good food…read moretrucks keeps their menu simple by offering variations of the same dishes and they've done a great job of this with 7 or 8 different burgers (including a chicken tender sandwich), fries three ways and 5 shake flavors. It was all great. I probably wouldn't stop again for the shake alone (although the presentation was fantastic), but it was a nice combo with the food. Get the rosemary parmesan fries, you won't be sorry! Fyi, the rice crispy treat shake has chocolate and caramel in and on it which I didn't expect.

This place a soooo close to a 5 star but has some improvements to make. First off the child's…read moreburger was in the same box as the garlic Parmesan fries. The fries are AMAZING! But are loaded with garlic and I was scared my child wouldn't eat her burger due to the garlic on it. She didn't like the garlic fries which would made me even more scared in anticipation. I cleaned most of the garlic off of the burger that I found and put it on a different plate before she noticed and thank god she was just fine. I'm sure other moms can understand my fear haha. Her kid burger was huge! If you have two kids you could probably cut it in half. I got the bourbon burger which was fantastic beside the yucky wilted lettuce on it. My boyfriend loved the Cajun, I like spicy food but it was far too spicy for my liking. The shake presentation was AMAZING! The toppings on the shakes made up for the lack of flavor. The beignet itself was delicious! The shake it's self lacked flavor. McDonald's vanilla has more flavor unfortunately. Same goes for the caramel waffle. The waffle on it was delectable, but the shake itself was average. Both shakes tasted like they were just vanilla with a hint of berry and caramel, maybe haha. None of us could tell. Also no fruity pebbles or trick we're mixed in with the berry beignet like states on their website. I wouldn't care about these minor issue if it weren't for the steep prices. $7 a shake, $10-$12 for a burger with no side, and $4 fries. I don't mind paying that but the item should be held to a high standard.
