This is your typical frozen yogurt bar - nothing more, nothing less. I will say that it seems this place can be dead one minute and jam packed the next. I was sampling some yogurts with only my family, and the next thing I knew there were 10 people in line. Odd. The toppings offered are pretty extensive, especially the cereal and fruit options. The flavors were pretty good, and my father in law loved the Georgia Peach flavor last time we were there. Two negatives to me: 1. They don't have the marshmallow liquid topping that other yogurt places have, which is my go-to topping. 2. Perhaps due to the uneven flow of customers, but I felt that the place wasn't as clean and orderly as other yogurt shops. For example, fallen yogurt was left on the yogurt machine grates for a while and some of the candy toppings were spilled out onto the counter. These things were not cleaned up at all in the time I was there. If you're in the area and craving fro-yo, it's fine, but I wouldn't make a special trip here. read more

Forever yogurt was good... Until they changed the flavors. The new flavors are terrible. They got rid of vanilla and put Tahitian vanilla???? They also have to be consistent. They switch out their flavors too much and the new ones are healthier, but taste worse. Supply and demand. They got rid of the Oreo and M&M toppings. Those were the most popular. As I said, supply and demand. I can see they are slowly losing business and they are not being smart. With the old flavors, they had so many people in the store. Definitely a fan of Froyo... not really a fan of the layout of this location. I've only been to one other Forever Yogurt location, and that was in Naperville... the layout of that store seems to be a LOT better, and well, it's a lot bigger. This location has a very cramped area for filling your bowl with frozen yogurt. My mom and I came in here on a Saturday night. It wasn't crowded, but there were people in there all horded around the flavors, sampling them, hanging out, and whatnot... talk about traffic jam! It was mildly annoying. Not to mention, behind that area, or I should say in the middle was the island where the bowls are located. Not a very good layout, but it didn't ruin my experience or anything. Another difference was the "dry" toppings were on the wall in dispensers rather than scoop yourself like the other toppings such as the fruit. A nice addition to the toppings that I haven't seen before were rice krispies and hello kitty gummies! It was my first froyo stop of the summer, so I was happy to welcome some changes :) The counter staff seemed to be a bit OVER Staffed...there were like three people hanging out back there, but lucky for them, they have jobs. Check out was fine... I don't live in the area anymore, but it's a good location to have a Forever Yogurt and I may just return one day! read more

Love Forever Yogurt, hate this location! The toppings dispensers do not lend to much control over how much you put on your yogurt as the contents pour out. The yogurt was on the runny side. There was a lot of spillage from the yogurt machines and the toppings dispensers. There were also no napkins. After looking and not finding any I asked the cashier for some to which she responded "I keep forgetting to give them to customers." The place is small and crammed. Great concept. The flavors are unique and amazing. The enormous number of toppings, including your favorite cereals, fresh fruit and some more unique things like gummy bears, really makes this place stand out. It is kind of expensive, with their price going by the ounce, it's really easy to spend more than you plan on. read more

Ok so can someone tell me what is the difference between Forever Yogurt and Froyo? I've been to this location a few times and they seem to do a pretty good job of keeping the place clean. Even the toppings area is always clean and the employees keep it filled. I also like that it tells you the calories and allergens. read more

I love to get my dose of frozen yogurt sugar rush here at this Forever Yogurt! They offer variety of flavors and so many toppings that kinda brings out the creative and kiddie side of me all at the same time! They allow you to sample the flavors with souffle cups so you get a better idea of what flavor matches your tastebuds! I just wish they had more flavors to choose from...Be mindful because the price is based on its weight! read more

I JUST CREATED A YELP ACCOUNT JUST TO REVIEW THIS STORE. My family took me to Forever Yogurt for the first time and I love the set up of the store and the flavors; I had the best yogurt made for me to enjoy . After a few seconds of being there, one of the employees started to slam the utensils behind the fruits bar really loudly catching everyone in the stores' attention. She was absolutely rude to me and my family, as well as to the other two groups of customers there. It was only 10:33 when she approached us to say that they are "locking up" and need everyone out. I've never been treated so terribly, horrible customer service, disrespectful. And someone needs to teach those two girls manners. By the way for the manager reading this was on January 16th 2016 . loved the yogurt, but did not get to enjoy it. read more

Today I visited the Forever Yogurt in Niles and was very upset with the cleanliness of the store. I as a Forever Yogurt employee was taught to always keep clean. The trays from ALL the yogurt machines were in such poor condition. I understand when it's busy you have to pay attention and attend customers, but once everyone left they could have gotten up and done something. The chocolate as seen on the picture looks like it had been sitting there for hours. And the whole time I was there the employees were just on their phones. The only negative thing I had about this experience was that - despite this location being open for four months already - they still aren't accepting gift cards. Not too big of a deal... I go to Forever Yogurt almost daily. I have been to every one in Chicago. This is by far the best one I have ever been to. Every time I walk in the place it is immaculate. The staff are always the most friendliest people. They ALWAYS have the largest selection. Very rarely is one machine not working. In the years since it's been open, I have not had one bad experience. In fact, I think this is a better store than the corporate store on North Ave. Keep up the good work people! read more

The yogurt itself= to die for, the staff at this location...not so much. I was charged 5 times for my cup of yogurt, when I called them they told me there systems were down that they would give me a call back, they never did. When I called them back they gave me another number to call, and after 4 days is when They took care of it and removed the charges, no sorry, no nothing. horrible service. I feel like their scale is off. As someone who eats frozen yogurt like one a week from different locations I have a good sense the the weight. I swear this location's scale is not properly calibrated as it weighs froyo heavier than it actually is. I also do not like how they keep the sample cups behind the counter. read more

Hey, I was in there on the fourth of July-one of the only places open down there and what a surprise. Four young ladies willing to explain the concept...I spoke with Katy...she was great, gave me some samples cups and when I asked which she liked she gave me some personal "recipes". That was cool.
