They also have a pretty big menu with lots of different desserts and treats, so I feel like you can always find something you like. The shop itself isn't very big, but it's decorated with tons of different candies displayed around the store. It has a fun, cute, and classic candy shop feel.

The hot fudge was less impressive, but that might be because I had already eaten a Ghirardelli sundae earlier in the day and their hot fudge just can't be beat. I would rate this a zero if I could, they are way too slow and couldn't attend us, they also skipped us since me and my daughter were 2 people. Since it was really busy they literally took their time. We have waited more then 30 minutes and they were also losing customers. Literally the worst customer service read more

Great place to have some late night ice cream and other goodies. My boyfriend and I come here after a late night movie. They have a vast collection of sweet treats. The employees barely speak English though so double check you're getting what you paid for. read more

After all the success Homer's has had over the decades, it's surprising that more hasn't been invested back into the store. Even more disappointing was the ice cream itself. I don't know if the recipe has changed, but the texture and overall quality were nowhere near what I remember. It honestly reminded me of inexpensive, mass-produced ice cream rather than the premium product Homer's was once known for. Of all the local ice cream shops in the area, this was my least favorite experience. It's really a shame because Homer's was once an institution on the North Shore with an incredible reputation. I sincerely hope the owners take a hard look at both the condition of the store and the quality of the product. This place deserves better than what it's become.
