I don't usually write reviews. I know tisk tisk. We all love to read them but never want to write them. Problem with that is, People only seem to leave them when they are angry. When I saw this place only had 2.5 stars I thought that had to be a joke! Where to start? Every time I have come it's been someone different but the level of service has always been amazing. I never have to wait long. It's clean and relaxing. Always nice music playing instead of the daily talk shows blaring. I always pay for the mega pedicure and it's epic and worth every penny. I have been to some many places that slap your feet and call it a massage. Anyways I hesitate to share because I love always been able to walk right in but this business deserves it. read more

I decided to go here as a last resort option not knowing that for starters these nails would cost $75 plus tip for (short) almond with designs. The designs are off centered and the blooming gel was not given enough time to fully bloom. I also noticed they did not sanitize their hands or my hands which is standard for any service. On top of that there tools were dirty and gel polish was spilt everywhere. I went to get my toes done Sunday (first picture) and they ended up horrible,I went back the next day to get them fixed (second picture) and they still look horrible. Now you may be wondering why I left with them looking like that. Well, the lady who had done them was working on someone in the chair next to me and she stared at me the entire time which was rude but whatever then at the end I go to get up out of the chair she literally walked over to me and just stood right next to me and just stared at me. I went here for years and never had any issues. It had been like 5 or so years since I've been there and my usual salon was closed, so I went here on Sunday. I told them I wanted a full set (I have natural long nails, but several had broken and I was tired of it). They only cut 7 of my nails and tried keeping my real nail for the other 3. I again explained I wanted a full set. They finally understood and cut my other nails. I'll try to take a picture, but sis they fucked my nails up. I paid $65 with a $5 tip and this is what I got? Misshapen nails that looked all chewed up underneath. I'm never going to this nail salon again. I'll keep with Lu Nails. At least they know how to do a full set of acrylic nails. The photos don't do it justice and doesn't make it look as bad as it actually is. Every time I run my fingers through my hair, my hair gets caught in the messed up acrylic. read more

This was the worst nail experience I've ever had. The guy that did my nails (dip and gel pedicure) was so incredibly rushed that it only took him an hour for both services. Nail shape wasn't asked, no cuticle work done, no nail oil, and the gel polish on my toes came off within a week because he was so rushed and inconsistent in his work. His hands were actually shaking as he was doing my dip because he was in such a hurry to complete them. This is a shameful excuse for good business. The pedicure bowls didn't even have a liner inside either so super unsanitary! I don't live in the area but you best believe that when I visit I will not be returning. read more

I got my nails done in Cleveland prior to coming here and they were lifting/breaking and causing me a lot of pain. Cindy did my fill and was very careful and thorough and fixed the damaged ones with minor discomfort. They do ask that you pay with cash but I didn't mind as the fill was really reasonably priced. I will be back for my next fill for sure. read more

$65 to paint a 4 year olds nails and toes!!!!! Someone please explain how that's even possible.... It said $10 for kids. So I was expecting $20. When I threw a fit he said because they used gel polish. You're telling me its $45 more....NO! I could have painted them for free at home but wanted her to feel special for a wedding. I'm furious.. My daughter took my 4-year-old granddaughter in to only have her finger nails and toe nails painted. They charged her $65. They told her it was because they used gel. $65 to just to put polish on tiny little nails! That's insane! It's a complete rip off! Don't go there! I've only been here twice, and it's been great both times. It doesn't smell like your typical nail salon. They offer Healthy Nails which is color powder on top of your real nails. They last a lot longer than the acrylic or gel. They are pretty quick as well. It can get a little busy but they are efficient enough to get people started while having them wait. They offer all types of nail services as well as pedicures. The prices aren't that bad either. It can be difficult to understand them, but they are friendly. Being in the mail is a huge convenience as well. read more

Horrible experience! The gut who did my nails cut me and he did a rotten job filing as my nails look way too thick, and bumpy. When I told hin he ignored me and didn't respond. Other staff did the same, and I know they understood me. Another customer stormed out for the same reason. They refused to give me discount even though they agreed they werent done right. Had such a great experience here! It was my first time and I was a bit confused and didn't know what I wanted, and these guys not only helped me to get exactly what I wanted, but they were all so sweet and make you feel right at home! They're very skilled, and have a clean and organized spa. There hot stone massages are amazing, too!! The staff is always very busy but still courteous when they speak to you. They do try to upcharge you multiple times so be firm on what service you actually want. I got Mega Pedicure (I think it was called) and the hot stones and scrub felt very nice but my nail polishing was very rushed and messier than I do myself. The techs are mostly very young and talk to each other primarily as if you aren't there. read more

I have mixed feelings about this nail place. The first complaint I have is when my best friends and I went to get out nails done for prom. My friends asked the man working "How much will so and so nails be." And replied with "$35." So we all thought that was a great price and we got those done. When we went to pay for our mani pedi the guy says "your total is $75." The guy working told us the nails were $35 when they were actually $50!!!! My friends and I were finally able to argue our way through and got them for $40, but that is not fair they tell you the wrong thing." I used to think this place is terrific. It's going downhill quickly. I cone for both nails and pedis. This trip was for a pedi. I had a gift card for my birthday. My mother, sister, and neice came. They are scheduled to open at 10. They showed up at 10:25. Two people opened, to a line of 7 people.Signed in. Mom and i were getting pedis. The two others in our groul were getting a mani and healthy nails. Theu started taking care of all of the nail people first, while we soaked. The watewater was cold. I asked for hot water 3 times before they got it right. A woman sat next to me for a pedi. After 20 min she couldnt wait and had to leave. Three girls eventually wandered in and started on our feet. When they were finally done, we stood at the counter to pay for a good bit before one of the guys got up and took out money. They do a good job, but have a very lax staff as far as showing up and throwing away garbage! read more

Pre pandemic I loved this place. I've been going here since 2010 sand never left here unhappy. That's changed. I went in on 8/30/22 for the first time in a year. I asked for a pedi and didn't recognize a single person in there. The boy that I got was clearly not experienced nor very good. There were seve.several chairs open but seated me right beside another customer. He asked me numerous times what I wanted done, got up, left to talk to another employee and would come back and ask again. I told the customer beside me that I don't think he understands me, she said clearly not. I pulled own my mask spoke slowly and pointed to the card which pedi I wanted, it was $45. Several times throughout the service he would leave to speak to other employees and comeback. I turned on the massage chair myself and when it stopped he said oh sorry you want massage. I'm all set thank you. As I watched him do my pedi he barely filed my nails and what little he did do was uneven. He didn't finish scrubbing the callouses, callous removal was part of the pedi service I was paying for. He didn't even clean out under the nails. Before I knew it he was going to paint my toes. I told him everything he missed or messed up, guess what, he left again and came back and asked me again what I wanted. I tell him again and everything he missed, he picked up the cuticle nippers and said he fix it. I said absolutely not, he then picked up the drill and said he would fix it and again I said absolutely not and now I'm done. Then some woman came over and asked me what the problem was. I tell her everything and that I am now done. She said he will fix everything he missed and I said no he won't, he's not coming at me with nippers or a drill. She said it was his mistake and will do it right. Fine. He then did the callous removal with the pumice and that was it!!! He again left and came back a few more times, next thing the woman comes over again and proceeds to paint my nails. While doing that she stopped and started to file nails to fix how uneven everything was. I thanked her for fixing this. So now I'm done with the worst pedi I have ever had. Now remember the pedi I chose was $45 and it was with gel polish. I waned a french mani which I'm aware costs extra. But NEVER has it cost an extra $25.50. That's right, they charged me $70.50!!! The new people running this place are unprofessional, inexperienced and are rip offs! They lost this loyal customer of over 10 years. read more

Never, ever again with this place. My squared-off nails are WAY too sharp. The customer service was non-existent (every technician in the place showed more interest to their cell phone than any customer). There was no one available to wax my eyebrows (which they told me AFTER my mani and pedi were done, not before). My technician had someone else remove my nail polish because HER gel nails were too important to get damaged by actually working on her customer's nails. Then, they BOTH burnt my fingers more than once with the buffer - almost as though they were proving a point after I complained the first time. Ridiculous. Went in to get an acrylic fill and got in right away. My nails looked decent, but they kept catching my fingers and tore my cuticles apart, and then charged $10 more than the price list said. They didn't do a bad job but I probably will try other places in the area before I go back. read more

I love this place. I have very sensitive skin and when I get a full set I usually get cuts and bleed for some time afterward, but here they are the only ones that I found that don't cut my fingers. They are friendly and talk to you the entire time. They were even saying Merry Christmas to their customers as they were leaving! Very happy with this service. read more

Terrible! I walked up to the sign in book and no one even looked up. I stood there for a while hoping someone would say something but they didn't. Finally I just signed in and went over to a lady and asked what the wait time was. She said about 45m so I decided to just walk around the mall and come back. When I came back they couldn't take me because apparently your supposed to leave your phone # so they can call you and they took someone else in my place. I would have been nice if they told me that in the beginning! So like an idiot I decided to try again another day. I did the phone # thing but had to wait over an hour. I had a gel manicure and an eyebrow wax. Worst manicure of any kind I've ever had! And I've had a lot! It was extremely sloppy and he was really rough with the cuticle cutters. He even filed off the edges of my nails at the end of the manicure! WTF? Then for my eyebrows this lady took me into literally, a closet filled with supplies and other crap. She unfolded a chair for me to sit in and proceed to wax my brows. They turned out ok but what horrible conditions. I never should have given them a second chance, I should have complained about the manicure and I should have walked out when I was taken into a closet. read more

Terrible service. Bad attitude of staff and even more the manager Ana is a big lier. They messed up my nails which I paid 50 dollars for and they agreed to fix it for me for free. Same evening when I came in to get it done. The manager said come tomorrow we will fix it everything tomo "ALL NEW". I told her can you write down on the paper what we agreed on. And she said no need No no. Next morning when I come in. They changed the whole statement. She told me "no free". You pay 15 dollars for something which I was suppose to get it for free. They don't accept their mistakes.. they wasted my time, money and more importantly they lied. Please think twice before coming in here. There are so many other nail salons in Johnstown. read more

i go here all the time and ive been to tons more the only promblem was once i went and the guy left me there and didnt do my nails then a guy came and did them and cut my cuticle off and it was bleeding he did nothing about it then after tht i got a fungus infection and told them and they fired the guy. but i went there today and they did well the nails last forever and never break and they put lots of stuff to protect the nail on and very cheap for a good manicure and always amazing pedicures luv it they literally last forever and never chip read more
