Things happen and sometimes they don't work.out but when ypur cuticle is filed off to try to rectify the error, and they salon won't give you a discount because you don't want to be hurt anymore...then I have warn others I used to love this place ..about three weeks ago my regular nail tech ripped a nail off causing me to bleed. The new nail tech tried a cat eye with a black base It was supposed to be fuschia Came out orange and the black shows thru and outlines the polish. $150.00. I paid and like a fool I tipped with my cuticles stinging I got home and cried. I notified them and asked for a discount..only because I wasn't going to go all the way out there again, be hurt again and be treated poorly. They said no discount. Had a gel refill and a regular pedicure. The lady attending me (to bad I didn't get her name) was extremely rude and was basically obligating me to get a $50 pedicure when I had said no more than 3 times that I wanted a regular pedicure. She was in a rush doing my feet and hurt me several times. After that she did my hand refill and was done she applied the alcohol with the cotton and the nail polish came of and she had to redo it 2 times, plus blaming me for not putting my hand correctly in the light machine(ridiculous). Right now my nails are chipping off on the corners and not even 3 days have passed by. Another thing I want to say is that your ladies are not clear on the prices... one day is $40 other day is $50 and other day is $60 for the same nails???? The prices are all over the place.... This is my go to place in El Paso and I routinely get compliments on my nails even though I do neutral tones every time due to my military service. ICE is gentle and pays attention to detail. I have had other mail techs and in a pinch have had Angie and other techs, they work fast and do a good job but Ice is gentler. In the few occasions that I need touch ups, they help me immediately and make sure they are done to my satisfaction. The prices are fair and the service is top notch! I had been a loyal customer of Forever Nail Spa for almost 10years. Kenny and Angie, the owners, have always been very welcoming and kind to all of their patrons. Angie had been doing my nails for quite sometime when I had to choose another nail tech due to Angie being out for the week. I chose Lisa. I had seen Lisa's work and loved it. She did my nails twice and did a good job. The last time I was in their store was November 2022. I had refills, NOT a new set, and a holiday design put on my nails. I was charged $95!!!!! I couldn't believe it. The receptionist even offered to find out if it was a mistake. It wasn't. Mind you, when I got there 10 minutes early, Lisa was starting a new walk in client. I questioned her regarding my appointment time and let her know I would either have to cancel, or get them done at my scheduled time. She quit working on her walk in client and began working on my nails. I could feel the tension in the air and she was being rough with my nails. I was made to feel incredibly uncomfortable. Between the price gauging, feeling uncomfortable and the roughness, I swore I would never return, and I have not. read more

I have been a customer at Forever Nails Spa for many years and the customer service is outstanding! As far as previous posts claiming the prices keep changing, that's simply not true. The prices are set and are available in a menu (as well as on their website) to see before your service is performed. If you ask to see the menu of prices then you can reference what you ordered and clarify the price beforehand. They do offer upgrades but you can simply say no to keep the price at what you expect. So I bring my mum to get her nails done here. Place is comes with high recommendation. The nail length my mother requested was not done as she asked. Also the shape of the nails is irregular and nails were not properly cleaned underneath. Nails are thick on one end and thinner on another (majority of the nails).? It does take an amateur to notice the bad end result. Also they do not tell you nor is there a sign that states an $8.00 hold will be placed on your card in addition to the charge for the nails. I'm all for good business and don't care about the hold. I'm mostly disappointed in the quality of the work and not getting the length of nails my mother asked for. Bad just bad. I called and went the girl blamed me and said it was there when she did my fills 1 wk prior which it was not there I look as there doing them. There have been instances where I don't get a chance to go into the salon for 3-4 weeks at a time, and during that time period, the manicure that I got done there weeks prior will still be intact and looking good. If you're into getting acrylics I highly recommend you book an appointment with Angie. She is absolutely amazing. You won't regret it. For manicures and pedicures schedule with Tina! I got a gel manicure and the woman I had rushed through the whole thing. It only took 20 minutes for a full gel manicure service. 2 days later 5 of my nails were chipped. I went back and they redid the polish for free, but the nail lady said I should get an acrylic over lay since my nails were thin. I said sure, they then wanted to charge me $35 for the service when I just paid $30 2 days prior for a full gel manicure. They refused to give a discount. I love this place!!! I've coming here for years since 2013. It never disappoints, while Tracy is my favorite everyone who I have tried has done an excellent job. I always just want to throw on my sunnies and melt into the massaging pedi chair while they bless my feet back to life. The waxing area is private and clean, they haven't messed me up once. From sculpture to dip powder, gel and gem stones they offer anything and everything when it come to nails. They even offered me a treatment to upgrade my manicure that really helped my dry hands during the bitter cold winter months.
