Fully stocked from newborn to toddler. I think their 50% off sale is going all year round since they are a factory outlet store. The store manager was proactive and going around to check on all customers. She made sure everyone is being helped. I ended up getting two sets of four bodysuits each, for a new baby. Although I did make a purchase today, I was disappointed with this location for a few reasons…read more #1. Not a single person greeted me or said hello. Even the person working the cash register! I saw many people working and would smile at them and they did nothing...no smile or response. #2. At checkout, I was the only person in line and waited awhile. When the employee got there she barely looked at me or said two words. She did ask me if I'm a part of the loyalty program, but she was not friendly at all. I am actually the one who asked how her day was, especially because it was so awkward standing there in total silence. #3. The dressing rooms were so hot, with the worst lighting and the music was so loud (I think that's where the speakers are or something). It was louder there than in the store. It actually made me not want to purchase anything. At the end of the day, I always think that it doesn't take too much energy to be kind and a positive customer experience goes a long way.
