One of the better Forever 21 stores I've been to. It's smaller, more organized, and all in all less chaotic than other F21 locations. About half of the store is made up of full-price items while the other half is more like an outlet store. There is a large selection of items in the outlet section and it never seems picked over - granted, a lot of things may be out-of-season or not everyone's cup of tea, but if you look through the racks, you're bound to find something you like - and end up paying very little for it too! I bought a sweater and two dresses for less than $7 TOTAL once, and when I went back here on another occasion, I found another sweater and a skirt for $4 total. It's located in a large shopping center so parking isn't an issue. I live about a half hour away from this store but I will most definitely be back! When this store opened a couple yrs ago, I found bargains and things in my size and they seemed to have more variety in quality things. I purchased first time stretch pants 5 bucks and some colored denims green and wine colored. Good price and they held up. I recently went after 2 yrs of not going there. They have cheaply made clothes, falls apart more so. Maybe a different supplier who knows. I couldn't find anything pretty in a large. I mean if you saw some of the designs styles they are atrocious lack of fashionable things.Only in size small and medium which is still small, do they have something you might be able to wear at an office. They have smalls mostly like size 2. So this tells me this store is geared for teens but women used to shop in here. American women have bigger bust lines. They are taller vs our other countries who are flat chested and size 0. In USA more stores need to carry larges more so for the bust alone. Foreign sizes are way off compared to USA women. The makeup is and facial masks are ok nice priced. Sox/ hair things ok. Jewelry is a joke yes pretty but wear it twice it falls apart. Like the kind you get in NYC for 5 bucks a days wear. I will say the staff are only to eager to help you. The store is neat and clean as the staff has time to make it this way as no one was in the store when I went in. If your 15-19 maybe its just up your alley. read more

I just want to give this store the review it deserves in comparison to the Forever 21 in the Palisades Mall. Many people dont know it exists, but if you want great customer service, pleasant employees, clean, neat and a very spacious shopping experience, I would recommend going to the Monroe store. Its much easier to do your returns, get credit and find what your looking for vs. the chaos at the one in the Mall. Both of my daughters now shop there instead !!!! read more

daughter's been looking hard for a job. so as a reward, i told her yesterday, i'd buy her a nice interview outfit. we bought a pretty blouse at Forever 21. so today, she put this on, and on the way to the interview, she noticed that this piece of crap blouse had a split up the seam. we had to turn around and she had to put a tshirt on instead, because clearly you can't wear this trashy stuff, right? the end result was that it made her a. late to the interview and b. look disrespectful because she was wearing a crummy tshirt instead of the nice shirt i spent a little money on at forever 21. so i go back today, thinking i can just return their shitty shirt that ripped because it's cheap and badly made. and because we all assume most retail establishments worth their salt have decent return policies, right? well, first of all, i was lucky enough to get some kid who deigned to wait on me at the counter, and when i didn't want to hear about how he wasn't going to give my money back for the kleenex blouse they sold me, sighed as if i was ruining his year and fetched the manager. the manager tells me that it's forever 21's POLICY to not give me my money back because the blouse had been tried on and the tags were off. i begged to differ. she took the blouse off once we realized it was torn. i explained patiently the same story over again. job interview, ripped blouse, crappy tshirt, ruined job interview. and she picked up her little sign that sits so far behind the registers that you can't see it and sternly reiterated that it was the policy of Forever 21 to not allow clothing that had the tags taken off to be returned. and did i want the customer service number? no, i don't want the customer service number. i want a store exchange, i want my money back. i want you to do something to make it right. i want you to give me store credit. SOMETHING to make it right. don't shop here. they're not interested in even the most minimal customer service. spread the word. you won't get anything out of them if their cheap clothing rips on you. and listen forever 21, this review is out there now. i posted something on your facebook page, i put it out on your twitter feed. now it's on yelp. i called your customer service. and guess what? monday, i'm calling corporate on your inflexible customer service and your crappy clothing. it's worth every minute of my time to call you out. read more
